| School-based Research is a research around the characteristics of the school itself,with the purpose of promoting the professional development of teachers and improving the quality of teaching in the school.The two phases of the "Special Education Improvement Plan" propose: It is necessary to strengthen the construction of a professional special education teacher team and strengthen the training of principals and backbone teachers.The recently issued "14th Five-Year Plan" Special Education Development and Improvement Action Plan further proposes to improve the professional quality of special teachers and improve the teaching quality of special education.In this context,school-based research in special schools is essential to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of teaching.This study focuses on the field of education for intellectual disabilities,and through case studies,we can peek into the current situation of School-based Research in School for Children with Intellectual Disabilities.This study uses the observation method,questionnaire method and interview method to investigate and study the current situation of School-based Research in Dalian R School,analyze the current situation of School-based Research,find out the existing problems and causes,and explore the improvement strategy of School-based Research.The study found that the current situation of R School-based Research is as follows: teachers basically understand School-based Research,School-based Research content is rich,School-based Research are carried out in various forms,School-based Research is implemented smoothly,the School-based Research guarantee mechanism is sound,and teachers have a high evaluation of School-based Research.At the same time,School-based Research has also exposed the following problems: teaching reflection is superficial,lack of teaching and research cooperation between different disciplines,the pressure of novice teachers to teach and research,and weak management of online resources for School-based Research.In response to the above problems,this study proposes the following improvement strategies: strengthening the learning of school-based research concepts,focusing on teaching reflection,optimizing school-based research work records,strengthening the training of novice teachers,increasing interdisciplinary research cooperation,and optimizing online research resources management. |
