| Loneliness is a risk factor for Alzheimer’s disease,depression,coronary heart disease and stroke.With the deepening of the aging of the population in my country,the problem of loneliness among the elderly has become more and more prominent,affecting the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.The research subjects have small social circles,longing for the company of children,emptiness in life,and loneliness.They have the need to change negative evaluations and cultivate hobbies.And combined with the scale,it is found that the research subjects have different degrees of loneliness.When the elderly face their own loneliness,establishing positive cognition and behavior can effectively alleviate the sense of loneliness.The specific positive cognition is to discover their own advantageous resources and change the negative evaluation.Community activities,reasonable complaints,etc.The dominance perspective can help the elderly have a positive understanding of things and act according to positive strategies.Therefore,this paper selects the dominance perspective as a theoretical guide to help the elderly establish positive cognition and behavior,and reduce the loneliness of the elderly.In this study,7 elderly residents of L community in Lanzhou City were used as the research objects,and the data were collected by using the method of unstructured interview,scale method,questionnaire survey and participatory observation method.Carry out group activities from the perspective of advantages,help the elderly to discover their advantages,use them,and develop their resources,so that the elderly can establish positive cognition and behavior,and alleviate the loneliness of the elderly.The duration of the intervention was eleven weeks,with one activity per week.A pre-test was conducted before the official start of the intervention activity,a post-test was conducted in the eleventh week,and follow-up data were collected three months after the end of the activity.From the change of scale data,the average score of the overall loneliness score of the 7 subjects in the pre-and post-test decreased by 0.29 points(mean=0.286,SD=1.89,t=0.4,P>0.05),and the dimension of social loneliness decreased by 0.14 points(mean=0.143,SD=1.676,t=0.225,P>0.05),the emotional loneliness dimension decreased by 0.14 points(mean=0.143,SD=0.69,t=0.548,P>0.05),the intervention effect was not significant.From the interviews and performance of the research subjects,the research subjects affirmed their self-worth,cultivated their hobbies and hobbies,communicated rationally,expanded their social circles,enriched their spiritual and cultural lives,and correctly viewed the issue of accompanying children.Although the effect of the intervention was not significant from the scale value,from the interview,the research subjects believed that their loneliness had been alleviated to a certain extent,which may be related to the time and frequency of the intervention.In general,it is very necessary to intervene in the loneliness of the elderly.Such intervention is feasible to a certain extent,and more exploratory experiments and quasiexperiments or randomized controlled trials are needed to verify its effect. |
