The new round curriculum reform of "health first", to the comprehensive development of students for this as the guiding ideology, the sports teaching requirements the students’ psychological health and social adaptation as the teaching goal. But in a line teaching, sports teachers used to training students’ skills, students’ physical health as the teaching goal, but to promote mental health this goal some helpless, in kind background, the rise of western positive psychology to sports teaching and cardiac function bring major revelation. Sports and mental health have close connections, this has been generally acknowledged in academia, and positive psychology it is a concern better heart, daily strengths, excellent quality and positive subjective experience of psychology, and has a strong and cardiac function. Both would set to improve students’ mental health sports teaching the target to bring effective methods and convenient way. In this assumption, this study the positive psychology theory penetration to sports teaching, through the active sports teaching to cultivate and improve the students’ positive psychological quality.Use of the personality, the mood, body self-esteem and subjective well-being four positive psychology scale to the students before and after the experiment in measurement, analysis of sports teaching actively the students’ psychological development whether to produce a positive effect. The results are as follows:1, each grade in experimental classes after the experiment has a corresponding positive psychology dimensions have significantly sex change level.2, active sports teaching in improving students’ positive psychological dimension level differences exist grade.3, active sports teaching for the students in different grades have positive influence of psychological quality with positive psychology dimension of selective.4, active sports teaching in improving students’ positive mental quality degree of sex difference. |
