The hallmark of children with autism is the existence of communication and social communication barriers.Among them,the main manifestation of social communication barriers is that children with autism are difficult to interact effectively with others.This serious defect of social behavior and social attachment will hinder the social development of children with autism to a certain extent and have an adverse impact on their integration into social life.Helping others is one of the important manifestations of prosocial behavior.Increasing helping behavior is very important to strengthen the moral cultivation of autistic children and improve their social adaptability.Empirical studies on children with autism at home and abroad has proved that social stories can effectively improve the social communication of children with autism.At the same time,the strength of children with autism is to use vision for learning.Multimedia teaching courseware has great advantages in visual performance.The use of multimedia assisted teaching has gradually attracted the attention of scholars.The purpose of this study is to analyze the intervention effect of multimedia combined with social story method on helping behavior of children with autism,provide support and teaching suggestions for teachers engaged in special education,and help children with autism better integrate into social life.This study adopts a single subject cross situational multi baseline experimental design,selects two low-grade children with autism as the research object,and carries out multimedia combined with social stories intervention in school and family situations respectively.Combined with the interview method,this study interviewed the head teachers and parents to obtain more information about the behavior of children with autism.In this study,two social stories,I will help the teacher and I will help the mother,as well as the interview outline of social skill performance of children with autism and the target behavior observation record form were used as research tools to intervene the helping behavior of two children with autism,carefully observe and record the behavior performance in different intervention periods.Using the methods of visual analysis,C statistics and social validity analysis,this thesis analyzes the obtained data to explore the effectiveness of multimedia combined with social stories on helping behavior of children with autism.This study draws the following conclusions: multimedia combined with social stories has good immediate and maintenance effects on improving the helping behavior of children with autism in different situations.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward:first,design personalized multimedia social stories combined with the self-development characteristics of children with autism;Second,strengthen home school cooperation to promote the transfer and generalization of helping behavior of children with autism;Third,improve teachers’ operation ability and integrate multimedia with social stories into classroom teaching.
