In recent years,the introduction of a series of national policy documents and the promotion of the curriculum reform of basic education make the study travel more and more attention.In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued curriculum Guidelines for Comprehensive Practical Activities for Primary and Secondary Schools,and included study travel under the mode of investigation and exploration activities.With the support of local resources,primary and secondary schools across the country have carried out research trips one after another.Although the development time of study travel in China is relatively short and the supporting service system is not yet perfect,primary and secondary schools in some areas have already carried out in-depth research on study travel.So what is the status of the implementation of study travel in primary and secondary schools? What are the problems encountered in the implementation process? What are the causes of these problems? How to further optimize? With these problems in mind,this study selected the research trip of X Primary School in Linyi city as a case for in-depth study.Based on the theoretical perspective of "experiential learning circle",this research uses case analysis method to make an in-depth analysis of the implementation of study travel activities in case primary schools,and employs methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and observation to conduct empirical investigation and analyze relevant materials.Through empirical investigation,it is found that the current study travel focuses on the use of diversified themes to enrich students’ embodied experience and diversified programs to support the smooth development of activities.However,there are some problems in the practical operation,such as "formalization" of students’ experience,"superficial" of students’ thinking,"experiential" of students’ summarization and "superficial" of students’ transfer and application.To solve above problems,this study from the nature of the activity,the student main body responsibility,studies of teachers,school,and an analysis of the causes in five aspects,such as epidemic background,combined with the "experiential learning circles" theory attempts to put forward: problem drive students to experience,dialogue to induce students to active thinking,teachers guide students a summary,scene inter-communication stimulate migration using four Suggestions for improvement.In order to provide reference for the implementation of primary school study travel activities.
