Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the enactment of the related policies and regulations,the popularity of the link between early childhood and early childhood has not decreased but increased.The transition from kindergarten to primary school,the two must cooperate with each other to play the greatest role,with significant two-way convergence requirements.Most of the research results are about how to make kindergarten connection,and a few of them are about how to make kindergarten connection,but few are about how to make kindergarten connection.Therefore,this study based on the perspective of two-way connection between children and young children in W district of Wuhai City,carried out a survey of two-way connection between children and young children.At the same time,it also provides experience and reference for other kindergartens and primary schools in Inner Mongolia.By means of interview and questionnaire,this paper takes the managers,teachers and parents of kindergarten and primary school as the objects of study.Although the overall situation of the two-way connection of children in W district of Wuhai City is good,there are also four problems in the twoway connection: lack of initiative in the two-way connection,the inconsistency of the training requirements of kindergarten and primary school teachers for children’s learning habits,the lack of "zero starting point" teaching in primary school and kindergarten,and the lack of two-way interactive activities.The reasons for the above problems include the lack of a fixed two-way communication mechanism between kindergarten and primary school,the lack of sufficient awareness of the kindergarten link,the lack of training of primary school teachers on the kindergarten link,and the short period of adaptation of primary school settings.From the point of view of strengthening the mechanism of two-way communication between management personnel of kindergartens,establishing a two-way contact platform for teachers of kindergartens and establishing a joint training system for teachers of kindergartens,and from the point of view of doing well the connection of study habits of kindergartens and primary schools,it is proposed to jointly strengthen the two-way connection of study habits of kindergartens,and from the perspective of setting up subject courses and creating environment close to kindergartens,so as to improve the two-way connection measures and prolong the school adaption period.With a view to achieving better two-way convergence effect between young and young.
