The development of education is inseparable from the promotion of educational evaluation.The evaluation of digital resources in higher vocational colleges is the foothold of the construction of digital campus in higher vocational colleges.With the continuous improvement of digital resources construction in higher vocational colleges,the construction level of digital campus in higher vocational colleges has also been rapidly improved.More and more researchers are aware of the role of the development of Vocational Education Digital Resources in the modernization and reform of vocational education.Digital resources are receiving increasing attention in higher vocational colleges.Based on the actual application of digital resources in higher vocational colleges,and according to the evaluation part of digital resources in Higher Vocational Colleges in the code for digital campus of vocational colleges,this study starts with the construction of detailed observable and quantifiable index content and operable index system,establishes the evaluation index system of digital resources in higher vocational colleges,and carries out the evaluation activities of users and managers to test the evaluation index system formed in this study.The evaluation index system consists of school-based resources,alpine resources and open resources,16 secondary indicators and 48 tertiary indicators.Based on the existing evaluation index system,combined with the actual application and construction status of digital resources in higher vocational colleges,this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system of digital resources in higher vocational colleges.After the preliminary arrangement of the existing evaluation index system,the experts of higher vocational colleges are interviewed through interviews to form a preliminary scheme of the evaluation index system.Then,the Delphi method is used to refine the indicators of the evaluation of digital resources in Higher Vocational Colleges in the specification for digital campus of vocational colleges,so as to make the content of the indicators more consistent with the current situation of the construction and use of digital resources in higher vocational colleges,And formed a "list of digital resources of Higher Vocational Colleges" which is easy for teachers and students to understand the digital resources of higher vocational colleges.After the improvement of the indicators,the weight of the indicators is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the operability of the indicators is completed.Finally,a complete digital resource evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges is formed.The weight of the evaluation index system has a guiding role,which can intuitively show the key points of digital resource evaluation in higher vocational colleges.Finally,a questionnaire is designed based on the complete evaluation index system,and an empirical study is carried out in Inner Mongolia.The empirical research on the construction and application of digital resources in higher vocational colleges mainly focuses on three dimensions: school-based resources,school enterprise cooperation resources and open resources.Secondary indicators and observation points are the supplement to the digital resources of higher vocational colleges.So we can find out whether the evaluation index system can effectively evaluate the current situation of digital resources in higher vocational colleges. |
