Abstract/Summary:
Cultivating a perfect person with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor is a long-term goal at present and in the future. Therefore, the research on labor education is in the ascendant. In recent years, with the research of project-based learning becoming more and more mature, the teaching practice in various disciplines is also in full swing.Whether project-based learning can be applied to primary school labor education is a topic worthy of consideration. This paper uses case study method, field investigation method, interview method and other research methods.Firstly, the basic situation of the case school is understood, and then the conditions for the case school to carry out project-based learning are analyzed from four aspects: advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges.Secondly,it makes an overall analysis of the SWOT results, and then analyzes all links of the project-based learning action plan.Thirdly, two schemes are designed and put into practice, and the positive aspects in the implementation process are discussed. Finally, collect, sort out and analyze the existing problems through observation and interview, and put forward appropriate suggestions. In the design of project-based learning action plan,it is mainly divided into seven aspects: program goal, content, principle, implementation process, strategy, method and evaluation. The implementation of the action plan mainly includes six links: theme introduction, formulation of project objectives, core knowledge learning, acquisition of learning resources, project implementation and achievement display.Through the practice of the two schemes, the following conclusions can be drawn:First,it is feasible to carry out project-based learning in primary school labor education.Under the existing conditions and the joint efforts of teachers and students, the learning process is basically completed, the cooperation between students is relatively harmonious, and the speed of teachers’ integration is relatively fast. The implementation of the two schemes has achieved ideal results.Second, the dilemma of project-based learning in the implementation of labor education in primary schools of case schools is the existing problems: at present, teachers’ understanding level needs to be improved, their will is virtually imposed on students, and the evaluation of students is similar. From the perspective of the scheme itself, the objectives are not specific enough, the problem driving is not strong, and the content of the scheme is not difficult and other problems. The problems of students are mainly reflected in three aspects: Students’ learning habits, paying too much attention to results in the process of activities, and weak ability of integration and transfer.Third, the suggestions of project-based learning in the labor education of primary schools in case schools: teachers need to start from three aspects: enriching ontological knowledge and conditional knowledge, respecting the subject status of students and combining reasonable guidance, and improving teachers’ ability to evaluate students,At the level of the scheme itself,it is necessary to improve from the specific verifiable objectives of the scheme, enhance the driving force of the problem, and reasonably select the content of the scheme;Students need to correct their learning attitude, deepen students’ sense of experience of project-based learning, and improve their ability of acquisition, integration and transfer. As a learning method, the application of project-based learning to primary school labor education should be tested by practice. This paper aims to provide some reference for teachers’ teaching and students’ learning, and finally promote the all-round development of students.
