| The abrupt rise of network society has not only consolidated the existing social pattern,but also expanded the scope of social network(well-known saying by Manuel Castells).It has unprecedented expanded the form and content of human social communication,as well as the breadth and depth of social communication.The associated virtual social culture has rapidly become a "real and virtual culture" and a new cultural form of mass communication.Online games and related industries have increasingly become a popular way of leisure and entertainment favored by young people,which not only meets the entertainment needs of game players,but also carries important sociality functions.How to understand the virtual sociality behavior in online games,analyze its generative mechanism,sort out its presentation mode,tap its internal driving force and grasp its social impact is not only of the theoretical significance to deepen the research of virtual social behavior,but also shoulders the realistic mission to correctly guide a great number of game players.Taking the mobile game "King of Glory" as the research case,the research methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and participatory observation are applied,on the basis of data survey and research,combined with in-depth interview,qualitative research,research on the virtual sociality behavior of mobile game players are conducted.(1)The social interaction of mobile game players in "King of Glory" can be regarded as the "middle area behavior" produced by the gradual integration of game scenes and real scenes under the action of mobile media such as mobile phone,and the disclosure of "backstage" feelings in the "foreground" of the game is the fundamental reason for its generation,The virtual social networking of "King of Glory" can be regarded as an interactive ceremony,in which players jointly start social networking in the community and generate unique social symbols in the group;(2)The virtual social presentation of mobile game players in "King of Glory" includes four different ways: strangers’ social networking,acquaintances’ social networking,in-game social behavior and out of game social communication,which reflects the distinct characteristics of subjectivity and intermediary;(3)The motivation of virtual social interaction of mobile game players in "King of Glory" includes self achievement needs,social needs,self reconstruction and so on,but its root is still the psychological motivation based on their own needs;(4)The impact of "King of Glory" virtual social networking should be systematically analyzed based on three aspects: mobile game players,game platform and real society,so as to develop academic rational evaluation and realistic reflection. |
