| The popularization of higher education has gradually expanded the scope of college enrollment expansion.The problem of difficulty in finding employment for college students has become increasingly prominent.The problem of job hunting for college graduates has become one of the focuses of the society.In the context of the information age,as an important component of employability,has an impact on the quality of employment.Combining the background of the information age,this study takes the information literacy of college students as the observation perspective,and analyzes the impact of college students’ information literacy on their employment quality through questionnaires,interviews and other methods,including the role of internship experience in it,and the current situation due to college students’ information literacy.The employment quality problem caused by the low level.Based on the review and summary of the existing literature,this study established an evaluation index system for the impact of college students’ employment information literacy on their employment quality.It is related to four dimensions of employment information ability;the employment quality of college students is divided into five dimensions,including starting salary,work intensity,job satisfaction,job stability,and job major correlation.Use the questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation of college students’ information literacy and measure the employment quality of students.On this basis,using SPSS20.0 Chinese version analysis,it is concluded that college students’ information literacy is significantly related to their employment quality,and internship experience plays an intermediary role between the two.effect.At the same time,combined with interviews,it deeply analyzes the problems of information literacy of students,and based on this,it puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problems of information literacy in the process of college students’ employment quality.According to the results of the questionnaire analysis and the content of the interviews,this research concludes that information literacy is a key element of social development in the information age,and that college students’ information literacy is an important part of their employment competitiveness in the information age.Among them,information awareness is the premise of their employment quality.It is necessary to use the employment information adaptation awareness to clarify the direction of career choice,establish students’ employment information awareness,improve information search initiative,and improve college talent employment plans;information knowledge is the quality of employment.Based on the knowledge reserve of employment information,the trial and error cost of employment quality is reduced,and students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge,technical knowledge and situational knowledge of employment information is enhanced;Development,in order to improve students’ information allocation ability to enhance their core competitiveness of employment,at the same time,colleges and universities should focus on cultivating students’ employment resistance and resistance to pressure;information ethics is the guarantee of their employment quality,and the employment information ethics community purifies employment quality.In the market environment,students must consciously abide by information ethics,and the society and colleges must focus on strengthening legal supervision and improving the employment environment for students. |
