At present,the world is in the era of knowledge economy,the country vigorously develops education modernization,and the development of education informatization is closely related to my country’s international competitiveness.Although my country’s educational informatization has made great achievements in the past ten years and the development speed has gradually accelerated,there are still some problems in the construction of digital teaching resources in this process.At the same time,with the continuous development of science and technology,the accuracy of biometric technology has gradually increased,and educational researchers have gradually paid attention to its value in mining the learning and cognitive process of learners.Education researchers are committed to the theoretical and practical research of educational modernization,attach importance to the development and optimization of modern educational resources,and aim to promote the development of educational modernization and improve the implementation effect of modernized education.Based on this background,this research analyzes the cognitive input of learners in the use of online course resources by sorting out the theoretical basis of cognitive engagement and using eye tracking technology,and summarizes the multimedia design elements of online course resources.,proposed an online course resource cognitive investment model based on eye tracking,and based on this model,an online course resource optimization strategy was proposed,and teaching practice was carried out,which further verified the validity of the model and the good effect of resource optimization.For this purpose,this research is carried out from the following three aspects:(1)Construction of an online learning cognitive input model based on eye tracking.Explore the theories related to cognitive engagement and eye tracking,select relevant eye movement indicators that can represent learners’ cognitive engagement,including fixation duration,saccade duration,pupil diameter,etc.,and combine the design elements of online course resources,including knowledge representation elements(text).,diagrams,etc.)and cue elements(wireframes,arrows,etc.)to build a cognitive engagement model for online learning based on eye tracking.And by discussing the scientificity and feasibility of the overall construction of the model,using eye tracking technology and mathematical programming modeling method,the function mapping relationship in the model and the coefficients of each variable in this research environment are determined,and the online research in this research environment is completed.A measure of learning learners’ cognitive engagement.(2)Optimal design of online course resources based on the cognitive engagement eye movement model.According to the cognitive investment eye-tracking model built by this institute,combined with the relevant theories of multimedia learning,an optimization strategy for online course resources was designed,and online course resource optimization was carried out around the artificial intelligence neural network online course,and a set of artificial intelligence neural network online course was optimized.Course resources,a total of four class hours,provide a basis and practical reference for the optimization of online course resources.(3)Teaching practice is carried out.Use the online course resources before and after optimization to carry out teaching practice activities,and use the method of controlled experiments to analyze the differences in learners’ cognitive investment,learning effect,and learning satisfaction before and after optimization,so as to explore the effect of optimized online course resources on learners.the degree of impact,and the effectiveness of the optimization.Through the exploration and analysis of the above three parts,this study found that:(1)The online learning cognitive engagement model based on eye tracking constructed in this study is feasible and effective,and can accurately measure learners’ cognition in this environment.The level of engagement provides an objective and effective method for the measurement of cognitive engagement in online learning;(2)The optimization design of online course resources in this study can effectively improve the cognitive engagement of learners.There are significant differences in learning satisfaction and learning effect between the two groups of learners of course resources.The optimized course improves the learning satisfaction and learning effect of learners to a certain extent.
