The essential requirement and fundamental mission of university education is the cultivation of talents and the development of students.The participation of students in the internal governance of universities is not only the realistic need of the current university management reform,but also an important way to improve students’ educational satisfaction.This study is based on the high quality development of higher education,taking the college students in Liaoning province as the research object,combining the theory of customer satisfaction and stakeholder theory.The antecedents(student involvement,perceived risk)that affect student participation were taken as potential variables,and perceived service quality as intermediary variables.Based on the connotation and characteristics of the internal governance activities in colleges and universities,this paper selects the observation variables of each latent variable by using the grounded interview method,and then constructs the influence model of student participation on educational satisfaction in the internal governance activities in colleges and universities.The AMOS26.0 software was used to fit the model and calculate the path coefficient.The correlation between the observed variables was analyzed and the hypothesis was verified.The findings are as follows:(1)student participation has a significant impact on perceived service quality and perceived service quality on education satisfaction,which fully demonstrates the positive impact of student participation on education satisfaction.(2)student involvement and perceived risk have certain influence on student participation,in which student involvement has strong positive correlation and perceived risk has weak negative correlation.In order to improve students’ involvement level,it is very important to promote the pleasantness and importance of students’ participation,and to reduce students’ perceived risk,we should pay attention to physical and mental risk,financial risk and time risk.(3)there is a positive correlation between student participation and information sharing and cooperation behavior,and the degree of influence decreases in turn.The variables of educational perception quality have positive effects on its three latent variables: reliability,responsiveness and empathy.The improvement of education satisfaction has an effect on the improvement of education process satisfaction and education result satisfaction.Based on the analysis of the influence model of students’ participation in university internal governance on educational satisfaction,this study verifies that students’ participation in university internal governance is an important measure to improve educational satisfaction.According to the correlation of the observed variables,this paper puts forward five suggestions: perfecting the normal participation mechanism to improve the level of internal governance,enriching the design of assessment system to ensure the process of students’ participation,designing incentive measures to enhance students’ participation motivation,promoting information exchange to expand students’ participation,guiding cooperative behavior to standardize students’ participation activities.To sum up,this research has demonstrated and sought the appropriate practical path to promote the degree of educational satisfaction through students’ participation in the internal governance of colleges and universities,it leads the reform of higher education governance idea and mode,education idea and education model.
