Comparative Analysis Of The Complete Sets Of Jazz Cheerleading Exercises Between China And Japan ——A Case Study Of The Recent Two World Championships

Jazz cheerleading is one of the categories of dance cheerleading,which is mainly characterized by multiple dance movements of jazz dance style.With the development and improvement of China’s cheerleading movement in recent years,our steps have entered the international arena.One of the most representative and the highest level of the stage should be the world cheerleading championships,bringing together the best cheerleading teams from all countries.However,the results of Chinese team collective jazz cheerleading in the World Championship are not ideal,and there is a big gap with Japan.This paper adopts the method of literature,expert interview,video observation,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and theoretical analysis,No competition was held in 2020 due to the pandemic,therefore,we select the 2019 and 2021 World Championships of China and Japan jazz cheerleading competition set video,according to the latest edition（2021 edition）cheerleading competition rules,the content of the choreography of complete sets of movements,such as dance movements,difficult movements,formation changes,comparative movements,changes in levels,and so on.This paper analyzes the advantages of Japanese team cheerleading and the shortcomings of Chinese team,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies,providing theoretical basis for further improving the level of Chinese team cheerleading.After comparative analysis of the complete sets of cheerleading exercises of China and Japan in the recent two World Cheerleading Championships,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The Japanese jazz cheerleading team has an outstanding style of choreography and choreography,and the theme of a high degree of integration.The Chinese team＆#039;s dance movements jazz dance,ballet and other modern elements of the bias towards jazz less,and the characteristics of jazz cheerleading are not obvious.2.The Chinese team chooses the balance and the flexibility class difficulty in the difficulty movement arrangement aspect.The difficulty level is relatively low,and most of them are completed together.The combination and presentation methods of other difficulties are slightly monotonous,and there is still room for improvement in the level of action completion details and skill difficulty.3.The Japanese team used the mobile formation well,the formation arrangement is full of patterns,the transition and connection of the formation transformation is more natural,the use of scattered and mobile formation.The Chinese team has improved the defect of too few mobile formations and the number of changes has also increased.4.The Japanese team pays more attention to the arrangement of the contrast action,the level change is less.In the complete set of Chinese team movements,the spatial level changes are mostly B and C,lacking diversity.5.The Japanese teams complete music sets are chosen and produced to add a variety of different sound effects to render the main plot sense.The rhythm of the Chinese teams complete set is relatively smooth and lacks the effect of strong shock.6.Both the Chinese and Japanese teams are increasingly focusing on the fashion elements of jazz style.Through this research,we know that our country jazz cheerleading complete set of movements and Japan is still a gap.In the future,the arrangement should be closer to the trend of international popularity,to improve the innovative degree of action,space and music elements,Improve the performance of our team in the world championship stage,narrow the distance with the Japanese team.
