Research purpose: With the improvement of China’s social and economic level and the popularization of the concept of big health,the national demand for daily health care is increasing.Hair in traditional Chinese martial arts system after division new career in practice,have,with and other three dimensions contains the profound history,rich educational characteristics and practical value,in healthy China and medical harmony and policy under the lead,its special technology and knowledge system has actually responded in the national attention to physical and mental health,broaden the university talent employment channels.However,the development of the new career of martial arts is still in its initial stage,still facing many shackles.Based on this,the question:what are the factors affecting the new career development of martial arts? Is it feasible to complete the new career construction of the martial arts division? The purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors affecting the development of the new career of martial arts,explore the main difficulties on the road of the professionalization of martial arts,think about the future development strategy of the new career of martial arts,and then evaluate the feasibility of the construction of the new career of martial arts.Research methods: The theoretical knowledge,application technology,discipline background,working experience and growth potential meet the current social requirements for health care talents,but there are still many problems: the problems including the relatively weak theoretical foundation and the low influence of the discipline;the talent training system is not perfect;the standardization of service products is insufficient;and the low professional identification.In the external environment,there are also adverse factors for the development of new careers,such as the lack of norms and supervision in the health care industry;the economic impact of the epidemic;the lack of active exercise;the emergence of health care equipment.In view of these problems,combined with SWOT analysis matrix,propose four strategies that can be implemented one by one,including: following the policy guidance,strengthening the theoretical system,win the support from various parties;complete the training system,strengthen the integration of martial arts and medicine,expand the talent reserve;give full play to the advantages,realize characteristic chain and unified standards;based on professional characteristics and combining with network empowerment,form a commercial closed loop.The results: the theoretical knowledge,application technology,discipline background,experience and growth potential meet the current social requirements for health care talents,but there are still many problems: the problems including the relatively weak theoretical foundation,the discipline influence is still low;the imperfect talent training system;the insufficient standardization of service products;and the low professional identification.In the external environment,there are also unfavorable factors for the development of new careers,such as the lack of norms and supervision in the health care industry,the impact of the epidemic on the economy;the enthusiasm of the long-term lack of active exercise,and the emergence of health care equipment.In view of these problems,combined with SWOTJ analysis matrix,propose four solution strategies that can be implemented one by one,including: follow the policy guidance,strengthen the theoretical system,and win the support of various parties;based on the existing conditions,complete the training system,expand the talent reserve;give full play to the advantages,realize characteristic chain and unified standards;based on professional characteristics,combining with network empowerment,form a commercial closed loop.Conclusion: The construction and development of new occupations will be continuously favorable under the guidance of the policy,Under the guarantee of policy,the construction of new career construction is feasible;Health care has become a common demand of people of all ages,The new career has become a leader in the health care market,Therefore,based on the market demand,the construction of new career construction is feasible;instantly,Products provided by the health care industry are relatively homogeneous,Customers will choose better and more distinctive products after the comparison,Therefore,based on good product quality and rich recuperation program,The construction of new occupation in martial arts is feasible;currently,There are shortcomings in the new occupation of standardized and large-scale vocational training system,Further improvement is still needed to become a healthy and sustainable career. |
