| Research purposeFrom the perspective of case analysis and based on the basic theory of "block training",this study formulates the special strength training plan for shot putter Feng Jie preparing for the 14 th National Games,and monitors and diagnoses the key indicators in the whole process.Through the analysis of test data,this paper attempts to further verify the advantages of "plate training" theory and the technical problems to be solved in the application process,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for explosive athlete preparation training.Research objects and methodsTaking Feng Jie,an excellent male shot putter in Shaanxi Province,as the research object,the muscle endurance training stage,maximum strength training stage,explosive power transformation stage,and The design of training contents and methods,special ability test indicators and special achievements in the pre competition training stage and transition stage shall be monitored and evaluated in stages.Research results1.Through the plate training design,according to the objectives and tasks of preparing for the National Games,Feng Jie,an excellent male shot putter,divides the large cycle training process into muscle endurance training period,muscle enhancement training period,maximum strength training period,explosive transformation period,explosive season maintenance and play and transition period.2.Through the plate training arrangement,the basic strength index,special strength and special performance of Feng Jie,an excellent male shot putter,have been significantly improved.For example,the somersault performance has been increased by 23%,the bench press performance has been increased by 9%,and the action power has been increased by more than 10%.In contrast,the special ability of 6kg shot put has been improved most obviously.3.Among the important domestic track and field events in the first half of 2021,Feng Jie’s competition results have significantly improved compared with the same period in 2019 and 2020,with an increase of more than 10%,and created a personal best result of 19.76 m in the season.4.The test statistical results show that the load of Excellent Male Shot Putters decreases gradually,the load intensity increases gradually,and remains and fluctuates in the season.Research conclusion1.Plate training follows the internal law of the development of special forces,showing distinct stages and convergence.Through reasonable stage arrangement,it can promote the improvement of special forces and special abilities.After the test of the training cycle for the 14 th National Games in 2021,plate strength training can significantly improve Feng Jie’s special basic strength and special strength.2.The formulation of the annual strength training plan for shot putters should follow the scientific training principles and basis on the basis of important competition arrangements.The annual strength training plan is composed of different types of large cycles,and each large cycle includes different types of medium and small cycles.The design and change of load structure not only have special characteristics,but also need to be closely related to the individual characteristics of athletes.3.During the implementation of the annual strength training plan of explosive events,a monitoring and evaluation system needs to be established to facilitate coaches and athletes to grasp the training situation in time,diagnose problems and make adjustment plans in time.4.The annual strength training plan is closely connected with other sports ability training.The formulation idea and scientific basis of the strength training plan are also applicable to the training of other sports ability.In the training process,the relationship between the two needs to be handled well.Through the phased strength training arrangement,the occurrence of overtraining and sports injury can be effectively avoided. |
