| In recent years,ice and snow activities in China have gradually come into people’s attention,especially after the successful bid for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games.This paper identifies and evaluates the possible risks in the Snowboard parallel giant slalom events,and provides a theoretical basis for the risk avoidance and safety prevention of future events Reduce the degree of risk in the event,to ensure the smooth progress of the event to the greatest extent.In the research process,starting from the definition of the core concepts,this paper uses four research methods: literature method,questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics to analyze and study the risk identification and evaluation of snowboarding parallel giant slalom events.Firstly,it is the identification of event risk indicators.The indicators are determined by questionnaire survey,and the indicators are screened.There are four primary indicators of the risk of snowboarding parallel giant slalom events: people,equipment,track and environment.A total of 15 secondary indicators are established,which are:mastery of professional skills,working attitude,teamwork,personnel health,mastery of competition rules,professional ability,physical and mental status,electronic equipment,material docking and preservation,equipment transportation and construction,track information transmission and communication,track punishment,track maintenance,natural environment and social environment.A total of 31three-level indicators have been established,which are: referees’ professional knowledge and skills need to be improved,English skills need to be improved,they are not familiar with the professional terms of ice and snow events,referees fail to report within the specified time,some have a negative attitude,their work cannot be carried out smoothly,referees’ speech and behavior are inappropriate during the event,there are many jobs,the division of labor of departments is not clear The communication and connection between various departments of the referee team are not smooth,resulting in unequal information.Secondly,the weight of event risk indicators is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process,and their weight ranking is sorted out.Thirdly,it classifies the risk level of the secondary indicators of the event risk through the questionnaire survey.Finally,the indexes are comprehensively evaluated according to the calculated index weight and risk grade classification.The measures to deal with the risk indicators of the competition include all aspects of possible risks from before to during the competition,mainly including communicating with the management personnel of the ski resort in advance before the competition,formulating the work plan,training the referees according to their positions,paying attention to the information communication between various departments during the competition,sharing information in time,reporting and feedback in time when problems occur,and executing the judgment When disputes arise,we should pay attention to taking photos and keeping certificates.Event managers should ensure the smooth progress and successful completion of large-scale sports events from the bidding to the preparation,and finally to the operation stage.Since there are many risk factors affecting the realization of ice and snow sports events in the organization process,it is necessary to identify and evaluate the risks in the process of holding the events in order to hold the events better on this basis.Through the risk identification and evaluation of the snowboarding parallel giant slalom event and its countermeasures,it provides theoretical guidance for the success of the upcoming snowboarding parallel giant slalom event in China. |
