Now in football,players have strong confrontation,fast pace and fast transition are "fast" performance.In order to achieve technical and tactical goals,players must quickly respond to the situation on the field.This requires athletes to not only have skilled football skills,but also have a certain speed quality;athletes have a good football special movement speed has a positive impact on the game performance,is also an indispensable physical quality.In this paper,through the experimental intervention,we analyze and explore the influence of the training method on the special movement speed,so as to improve the special movement speed of football players,so that the players can better show the football technical level in the game.In this study,the experimental method was mainly used.24 boys from 2019 of Shangqiu Normal University were selected as the experimental subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group applied the conventional training method,and the experiment was the fast expansion composite training method,and tested the homogeneity of variance between the two subjects,which met the experimental conditions.The 12-week training was conducted twice a week.After the 12-week experiment,the statistical analysis method was used to obtain the following results:(1)After the control group,the three no-ball test indicators were significantly improved,while the performance of the three ball test indicators was improved compared with before the experiment,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The test results of the rapid telescopic complex training used in the experimental group were significantly different(P <0.01);also in the ball condition.(3)After the experiment,the five indicators of 30 m sprint running,line change running,15 m oblique acceleration,10 m fast running,5m fast running are all significantly different(P <0.01),and no significant difference in "8" dribbling running(P> 0.05).Conclusion: after the end of 12 weeks training,control group routine training without the ball index performance are significantly improved,but the ball index performance is not obvious,and experimental group rapid telescopic composite training on the ball and the ball six index performance improved more,on the training effect is better than conventional training,to improve the level of special football players moving speed has a positive impact. |
