At present,with the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,the economic society has an increasingly strong demand for professional and practical talents.It can be said that in order to adapt to this change,it is necessary to vigorously develop professional degree postgraduate education.In September 2020,the Education Development Plan for Graduate Students with Professional degrees(2020-2025)issued by the Ministry of Education,Academic Degrees Committee of The State Council clearly pointed out that it is necessary to further improve the training quality of graduate students with professional degrees,promote the reform of training mode,and deepen the integration of industry and education.Under the background of "Healthy China 2030" and "14th Five-year Plan for Sports Development",there is a great demand for high-level application-oriented sports professionals in the field of sports health service.How to solve the contradiction between social demand and education quality has become an important topic for sports master professionals.As the postgraduate education of professional degree enters the stage of deepening reform,the talent training mode of the integration of research,production and teaching for master of Physical Education begins to enter the stage of active exploration.Under the background of the new era,as the main force to promote social development,it is of positive practical and theoretical significance to cultivate a large number of technical talents with high knowledge,high technology and strong ability.Based on this background,the author sorted out the concepts of "industry-education integration","Master of Physical Education" and "talent cultivation" by referring to a large number of research literatures and national policies,and defined them clearly and accurately,with stakeholder theory,ternary structure theory and the combination of education and productive labor as theoretical support.By using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,taking the current situation of talent cultivation for master’s degree of social physical education guidance in J College as the research object,scientifically sorting out the existing problems of talent cultivation for master’s degree of social physical education guidance under the background of the integration of production and education.Based on relevant theoretical and practical research,it is concluded that there are five problems in the training of masters of social sports guidance under the background of industry-education integration :(1)school-enterprise cooperation concept is not implemented,and the interests of both sides are not matched effectively;(2)There is a low degree of agreement between the talent demand of the enterprise and the talent training goal of the university,resulting in the "finished product" cultivated by the university cannot meet the development needs of the enterprise.(3)In the process of industry-education integration,the dual-tutor team cannot meet the standards of the talent training mode of industry-education integration;(4)There are limitations in the curriculum setting of talents training with the integration of industry and education,the phenomenon of dislocation between the curriculum teaching system and the industry,and the fuzzy characteristics of application-oriented training;(5)The quality dimension of talent training is less,and the evaluation standard of talent training needs to be adjusted.In view of the above problems,combined with the background of the integration of industry and education,the author puts forward corresponding solutions to improve the quality of talent training for master students of social physical education guidance from the aspects of training philosophy,training objectives,teacher construction,curriculum construction and quality evaluation.They are: establish scientific concept,deepen connotation construction;Perfect training target,highlight vocational characteristics;Carefully set up a team of mentors,play the role of joint education;To build a teaching system integrating industry and education to help cultivate sports professionals;We will establish a diversified student evaluation system and improve the quality of personnel training integrating industry and education. |
