| At present,new technologies represented by artificial intelligence are gradually integrated into the education field and gradually become key technologies to promote education informatization in China.The continuous integration of information technology and education has given rise to the substantial existence of smart campuses,which will inevitably cause the emergence of new education informatization-supported changes in school education and teaching models.The environment of the smart campus contains various new technologies or media,and teachers must improve their information literacy in order to flexibly use various new technologies to improve teaching.While better realizing their own professional development,they can also promote the development of school education informatization to a certain extent.However,the current elementary school teachers’ information literacy enhancement faces problems such as the training process is technology-oriented,insufficient integration of concepts and subject teaching,and unclear policy direction.This study compares the literature related to the theoretical and practical research on teachers’ information literacy in the smart campus environment at home and abroad,and derives the composition,developmental stages and practical dimensions of elementary school teachers’ information literacy.Based on this,an analysis framework of teachers’ information literacy was proposed,and adult learning theory was used as a theoretical basis for enhancing information literacy.The analysis of the questionnaires yielded a low level of information literacy among elementary school teachers in X before the action research,and the analysis using the interview method revealed that teachers themselves and school policies were the main factors affecting the development of teachers’ information literacy.After two rounds of action research,we explored and verified the strategies to improve the development of information literacy of teachers in X elementary school.The action research found that: there is a large gap between teachers’ information literacy level and the construction requirements of smart campus;the technical environment and resource status of smart campus are important factors affecting teachers’ information literacy enhancement;teachers’ information literacy development is a slow process;and rapidly enhancing teachers’ information literacy is a major challenge for school education informatization.Based on the action research findings,the following countermeasures are proposed: strengthening the construction of smart campus infrastructure is necessary to enhance teachers’ information literacy;clarifying school policies to stimulate teachers’ intrinsic motivation to enhance information literacy;improving training to effectively enhance teachers’ awareness and ability to acquire and use information;strengthening the integration of information literacy enhancement with teachers’ work to promote learning through use;and various measures to enhance teachers’ information ethics. |
