| As the state and government attach importance to the development of preschool education in recent years,preschool education has developed rapidly,which makes the social demand for talents trained by preschool education is high,so the employment rate of preschool teachers in secondary vocational schools is relatively high.However,high employment rate does not represent high quality employment,and high employment rate does not represent high quality talents.How to develop high quality secondary vocational education depends on how to train high quality talents in secondary vocational schools.The purpose of studying the employment quality is to promote the development of the school.By studying the employment quality,we can reflect on the problems of the talents trained by our school,why the employment quality is not high,and strive to achieve high quantity and quality,so as to promote the better development of secondary vocational schools in turn.Through combing the relevant literature on "employment of preschool teachers and technical secondary school graduates",it is found that there are few researches from the perspective of employment quality.Countermeasures and suggestions are from the society,government,policy,students and other aspects to talk about,few focus on the micro-level in-depth analysis of the impact of low employment quality.This paper focuses on the study of employment quality at the school level,using the general idea of "what is-why-how to do it," guided by the theory of hierarchy of needs and management by objectives.Using the analytic hierarchy process to try to construct the secondary vocational school preschool education professional employment quality evaluation index system,designed salary,employment,employment security,career development and internal satisfaction and other major indicators,and according to the evaluation index to compile a questionnaire.Take M City Infant Normal School 2018-2020 preschool education professional secondary school graduates as the object of the questionnaire survey,the questionnaire is described by sub-indicators,that the employment quality of preschool education graduates is not high.Outstanding performance in the wage dimension of working hours is too long,Unreasonable time allocation,poor job environment in the employment dimension,small proportion of trade union participation in employment security dimension,few training opportunities in career development dimension,lack of promotion space,general internal satisfaction,it is difficult to integrate into the job.Through the research,the main reasons for the poor employment quality of the graduates of preschool education are the lack of education effect and the imperfection of employment management,the problems are as follows: the school management is lax,the school teaching quality is not high,the curriculum is unreasonable and the school employment management is mere formality,etc.In particular,the teaching effect is not obvious and employment management is not a system.On the one hand,school education system linkage training,that is Construction of Linkage of Personnel Training Based on Process Management and Result Orientation.on the other hand,the graduates employment system management and service,From three aspects: to serve graduates for the purpose of strengthening employment security system;Take the graduate demand as the guidance,constructs the employment guidance system;Setting up employment service system with employment quality as the goal. |
