| Objective: This paper explores the variation characteristics of 3000 m male runners’ touchdown time,step length and step frequency under different speeds,further defines the relationship between relevant parameters and 3000 m sports performance,and establishes the prediction model of touchdown time,step length,step frequency and 3000 m running performance,so as to provide some reference for3000 m training of male runners.Research objects and methods: 12 track and field team members of Xi’an Institute of physical education were selected as the research object.Using the methods of literature,test and mathematical statistics,the German COMOS sports running platform and Sony high-speed camera are used to collect the images and data of touchdown time,step length and step frequency during 3000 m running at 7 speeds(3.33m/s,3.47m/s,3.61m/s,3.75m/s,3.89m/s,4.02m/s and 4.17m/s)respectively,and make a comparative analysis through mathematical statistics.Research results:(1)The touchdown time of 3000 m male middle and long distance runners is0.25878 ± 0.015 s at3.33m/s,0.25 ± 0.018 s at 3.47m/s,0.23791 ± 0.022 s at3.61m/s,0.23234 ± 0.011 s at 3.75m/s,0.20718 ± 0.016 s at3.89m/s,0.19666 ± 0.014 s at4.02m/s and 0.18967 ± 0.019 s at 4.17m/s,The correlation coefficient between touchdown time and 3000 m performance of male athletes at 7 different speeds is r =0.983.(2)The step length of 3000 m male middle and long distance runners is 0.89764± 0.168 m at3.33m/s,0.9464 ± 0.153 m at 3.47m/s,1.07151 ± 0.172 m at3.61m/s,1.16234 ± 0.206 m at 3.75m/s,1.24211 ± 0.163 m at3.89m/s,1.29142 ± 0.196 m at4.02m/s and 1.32897 ± 0.186 m at 4.17m/s,The correlation coefficient between step length and 3000 m performance of male athletes at 7 different speeds is r =-0.992.(3)The stride frequency of 3000 m male middle and long distance runners is2.15478 ± 0.311 steps / s at3.33m/s,2.23071 ± 0.298 steps / s at 3.47m/s,2.44779± 0.309 steps / s at3.61m/s,2.54891 ± 0.286 steps / s at 3.75m/s,2.66789 ± 0.313 steps / s at3.89m/s and 2.8969 ± 0.324 steps / s at 4.02m/s,At the pace of4.17m/s,it is 2.9658 ± 0.315 steps / s.The correlation coefficient between male athletes’ step frequency and 3000 m performance at seven different speeds is r =-0.991.Research conclusion:(1)The touchdown time of 3000 m male middle and long distance runners gradually decreases with the acceleration of the pace.There is a significant positive correlation between the touchdown time and the sports performance,that is,with the decrease of the touchdown time data,the sports performance of 3000 m will increase.The univariate regression equation prediction model of touchdown time and sports performance is: Y1 = 272.436 + 2366.793 s,where Y1 represents the dependent variable sports performance(s)and s represents the independent variable touchdown time(s).Through the paired t-test of actual sports performance and model predicted sports performance,this equation can predict 3000 m sports performance(2)The step length of 3000 m men’s middle and long distance runners gradually increases with the acceleration of the pace.There is a significant negative correlation between the step length and the sports performance.With the increase of the average step length data,the sports performance will also improve.The univariate regression equation prediction model of step length and sports performance is Y2 =1237.720-382.226 m.Where Y2 is the dependent variable sports performance(s),and M is the independent variable step size(m).Through the paired t-test of actual sports performance and model predicted sports performance,this equation can predict3000 m sports performance.(3)The multiple regression equation prediction model of touchdown time,step length,step frequency and sports performance is Y4 = 1138.293 +334.461s-203.957m-69.516 f,where Y4 represents the dependent variable sports performance(s),s represents the independent variable touchdown time(s),M represents the independent variable step length(m),and f represents the independent variable step frequency(step / s).Through the paired t-test of actual sports performance and model predicted sports performance,this equation can predict3000 m sports performance. |
