Abstract/Summary:
Research Objectives: By analyzing the different levels of Xi ’An institute of physical education born female special,of yoga in the downward dog and standing postures when the kinematics reverse type and methods of electrical characteristics,and combining the theory of action techniques associated with kinematic chain analysis of similarities and differences among the two groups of female special inquiry in postures in the process of joint Angle closure and open chain change rule,which center of gravity moving track and the inherent law of muscle fascia chain.Strengthen the theoretical guidance of yoga training,that effectively use the analysis of biomechanical characteristics of yoga poses to improve sports performance and prevent sports injuries.Research methods: The kinematics and muscle activity characteristics of 16 subjects in group A and Group B were measured by using 3D Motion capture system(Stereo Measurement)and Megawin 6000 portable telemetry EMG tester,it supplemented by SIMI Motion 3D Motion analysis system and Megawin em G data processing analysis syste or kinematics and muscle working characteristics were analyzed.Which were collected with Data of joint Angle and surface em G.And sixteen subjects were divided into a high level group and a low level group.The independent sample T test was used for comparative analysis of the experimental data of the two groups of subjects,and P < 0.05 indicated significant difference.Results:(1)Kinematic results of atresia joint chain: There were significant differences in left and right shoulder joints between downward dog group A and group B(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.For standing torsion,there were significant differences between group A and group B in shoulder and elbow joints(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.(2)Kinematic results of open joint chain: There were significant differences in left shoulder joint Angle between group A and group B(P < 0.05),and significant differences in elbow joint and wrist joint between group A and group B(P < 0.05).(3)The movement track of gravity center of axis X in group A is relatively gentle,the fluctuation of gravity center of axis B is large,the gravity center of axis Y in group A is stable,and the height of gravity center of axis Z in group A is higher than that in group B.(4)The difference of right tibialis anterior muscle between the two groups was significant(P <0.05),and the muscle contribution rate of the standing torsion core region was larger.The muscle activation time sequence of the two groups was the same,but the core areas were different.The activation time sequence of the standing twist group A was in "S" shape.(5)Em G results of open linked list showed that the difference of right rectus abdominis muscle between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05),and serratus anterior contributed the most to standing torsion.The activation time sequence of muscle in the two groups was different,and the lower limbs of downward dog were activated in the same core area.The activation time sequence of group A and group B at the beginning of standing twist was the same.Conclusion :(1)In the closed chains,downward dog focus on practice of the shoulder joint flexibility and stability of the knee joint,then focus on practice of the shoulder joint flexibility stand reversing type,the stability of the elbow and wrist joints flexibility;In open chain,If the shoulder joint was weak,and it is easy to produce joint "weak chain".(2)The closed chain to open chain type,group A in the X-axis center of gravity forward displacement with high joint flexibility;Group B has high upward displacement of z-axis center of gravity and poor stability.(3)The anterior and posterior chains are the expression forms of muscle group in the core region during flexion and extension,while the spiral chain is the expression form of muscle group in the core region when the trunk is torsional.(4)In the closed chain,the first activation of the static downward dog action the superficial front line and the superficial back lineis the distal link muscle to the proximal link muscle.When the human torso is twisted,the activation sequence of the standing the superficial propeller line muscle is consistent with its movement form,showing the shape of "S".(5)In the open chain,the variant downward dog the superficial front and the superficial back line are mutually auxiliary,the superficial front chain is the dominant chain,the superficial back chain is the auxiliary chain.The superficial propeller line,the triangular standing twist can help enhance the stability of the core region through the body torsion movement training,and the muscle activation sequence is to activate the core region muscles first.
