In recent years,with the continuous development of Volleyball in China,and our national team-Chinese women’s volleyball players have achieved a series of remarkable excellent results in the world series,which has pushed the development of Chinese volleyball to an unprecedented new height;Volleyball in the current development of domestic colleges and universities is also like taking a high-speed train.Both the development speed and promotion scope have been greatly improved compared with the past.However,in view of the overall development of College Volleyball in China,there are still some problems,such as the low overall level of college volleyball,the unscientific and reasonable means and methods of volleyball training Comprehensive and a series of problems.In order to provide some help and changes to the development of Volleyball in Colleges and universities,a new training method-multi-directional mobile training method is introduced here.The multi-directional mobile training method is introduced from abroad by experts and scholars in physical training in China in recent years.The multi-directional mobile training method has been developed for a long time abroad,and its theory and technology are relatively mature,At the same time,it has been widely used in many foreign sports and achieved good response;However,in China,the application of multi-directional mobile training method in sports is relatively small,especially in volleyball.This article applies the multi-directional mobile training method to college volleyball training for the first time,and makes an in-depth discussion on the influence of multi-directional mobile training method on the rapid movement ability of footsteps and footwork of Volleyball Sports.This article will mainly adopt the experimental method,taking 48 students from the general department volleyball training team of Zhoukou Normal University as the experimental object.The 48 students are randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to 24 people;Before the experiment,the 48 students were mainly tested in terms of body shape,physical quality,basic skills and competition results.After 12 weeks of training,the 48 students were mainly tested in terms of physical quality,basic skills and competition results.According to the test data results,the following conclusions were drawn:Through the 12 week training,we can see that both the multi-directional mobile training method and the traditional training method can help and improve the fast moving ability of the athletes’ footsteps and footwork of the volleyball training team.However,the multi-directional mobile training method is better than the traditional training method:(1)The test of "moving direction" and "half meter" in the test of physical fitness of volleyball players before and after training also have significant differences in the test of "moving direction" and "half meter" in the test of physical fitness;There are also significant differences in the test results of volleyball players in the control group before and after the experiment,but the effect after the experiment is not as significant as that in the experimental group.(2)The specific performance is in the basic technical test.Using the multi-directional mobile training method,the volleyball players in the experimental group have a very significant difference in the test results before and after the experiment,especially in the accuracy of hitting the ball;There are also significant differences in the test results of volleyball players in the control group before and after the experiment,but the effect after the experiment is not as significant as that in the experimental group.(3)The specific performance is in the competition performance test.Through 12 weeks of training,the students in the comprehensive application of skills and tactics.In the number of victory matches and ranking,the experimental group is better than the control group.(4)Applying the multi-directional movement training method to the daily training of Volleyball in Colleges and universities,the training effect is remarkable and can be understood and trained by most students,and effectively improves the students’ multi-directional movement ability,especially in the rapid movement ability of footsteps,the rapid adjustment and conversion ability of footwork,and the rapid displacement and control ability of body,So as to further improve the comprehensive application level of volleyball players’ technical and tactical ability in the competition.
