In recent years,with the localization of school social work,embedding social work methods into college students’ work has become a new paradigm.Building a new college student work system and increasing the service ability of school social work fully reflect the scientificity and timeliness of school social work,which is very important to update the concept of school education and optimize a good student growth environment.Based on the professional thinking of the current development hotspots in the field of social work and higher education,this study takes the Counselor’s emotional labor strategy as a powerful starting point to improve the relationship between teachers and students,and provides new development ideas for broadening the field of social work practice.This study aims to improve the effectiveness of two-way communication between teachers and students by improving counselors’ emotional labor ability,so as to achieve a two-way cycle system of benign teacher-student relationship.This study selects some college counselors,teachers and students managed by Q city as the survey objects,and uses the method of combining quantity and quality to carry out empirical research.Through the previous investigation on the relationship between teachers and students,two-way communication and the current situation and prominent problems of counselors’ emotional labor in Colleges and universities,the relationship model of teacher-student relationship,communication effectiveness and emotional labor is constructed,and the scheme design and on-site implementation of group activities are carried out according to the relevant results of quantitative analysis.In terms of quantitative research,data statistical analysis was conducted through SPSS24.0 software to explore the interrelationship between teacher and student relationship,emotional labor and communication effectiveness.The statistical results show that:(1)the teacher-student relationship and expression diversity,expression rules and deep layer play positive prediction;(2)the teacher-student relationship and surface layer play negative prediction;(3)the teacher-student relationship and communication relationship;(4)the communication effectiveness has intermediary effect in the teacher-student relationship and emotional labor.In terms of qualitative research,through in-depth interviews with team members,the problem needs of team members are estimated,and six group activities are carried out by integrating social interaction theory and advantage perspective theory.In the group process,the process evaluation is carried out from three aspects: activity content,team member interaction effect and social worker self-expression.According to the pre-test and post test data and student interview analysis of counselors in the three levels of teacher-student relationship,emotional labor and communication effectiveness,it is found that the team members can promote the emotional integration between teachers and students in communication and realize the benign development of teacher-student relationship by adjusting emotional labor strategies.According to the above quantitative analysis and the practical effect of group work,in terms of emotional labor training of counselors,linkage allocation of all staff,construction of social work professional talent team,etc.,this paper puts forward suggestions on building an "psychology + ideological and political + social work" education system,so as to form a common growth body of teachers and students with psychological compatibility and dynamic cycle in the education field. |
