| The teaching management system is a kind of management and constraint system designed by the university to achieve the goal of talent cultivation and maintain the normal learning order of the college students.It provides a set of standardized and procedural behavior mode for the college students in the actual learning process.This study focuses on the reform of teaching management system of applied undergraduate colleges in Guizhou Province,and discusses from the perspective of "conflict of teaching management system adjustment of teaching management system",following the research path of question raising,theoretical discussion,practical research,conflict manifestation,root analysis and adjustment suggestions.Based on the perspective of neo-institutionalism sociology,this study constructed a theoretical analysis framework and adopted the institutional analysis framework of "regulatory elements,normative elements and culture-cognitive elements" proposed by Scott to explore the teaching management system of applied undergraduate colleges in Guizhou Province.By using qualitative analysis text text for guizhou province applied undergraduate colleges and universities teaching management system is analyzed,and combining the system of college student interviews to do beneficial complement text analysis,finally summarizes the applied undergraduate colleges and universities teaching management system in guizhou in the regulative and normative elements of three aspects: the cognitive,cultural factors,the concrete construction status quo,That is,to form the regulatory elements centered on the three systems,to construct the normative elements centered on the cultivation of "who",and to generate the cognition-cultural elements of "common meaning".Then,according to Scott’s system analysis framework for regulation of the applied undergraduate colleges and universities teaching management system in guizhou factor,cognitive factor and normative--culture studied in this paper,the elements of conflict,the result shows that the guizhou province significant problems on applied undergraduate colleges and universities teaching management system construction,only at the technical level how teaching management system of the construction of the problem,Cultural factors are not placed in the proper position of the construction of teaching management system,which leads to the legitimacy crisis of teaching management system.Based on this,combined with the interpretation of institutional change by the new institutionalism sociology theory,the root causes of conflicts in teaching management system of applied undergraduate colleges in Guizhou province were explored.It is found that the reasons why the teaching management system of applied undergraduate colleges in Guizhou province falls into conflict are the restriction of traditional school-running concept,the path dependence inertia based on system homogeneity,the obstacle of subjective cognitive preference and behavioral ability,and the interest game and appeal of relevant subjects.Finally,following the principle of integrating tradition with innovation and development,institutional regulations with cultural guidance,and taking into account the interest demands of different groups in institutional reform,the adjustment path of institutional factor reconstruction should be established to form an adjustment system in which society,universities,students and other parties participate and play a role. |
