| OBE(outcome based education)education concept,also known as achievement oriented education,is an advanced education concept that takes achievement as the goal orientation,takes students as the basis and adopts the way of reverse thinking to construct the curriculum system.The application of OBE concept in physical education skill teaching is a new trend and direction of teaching innovation and reform.Taking the application of OBE concept in tennis teaching in Colleges and universities in Zhengzhou as the research object is of great significance to cultivate talents in the new era and improve students’ tennis comprehensive technical ability.It also provides a certain reference basis for the innovation of tennis teaching methods.Using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper takes 62 students in the tennis minor improvement class of Physical Education College of Zhengzhou normal university as the research object.The experimental class(31people)adopts the OBE theory tennis teaching mode and the control class(31 people)adopts the traditional teaching mode.By referring to the OBE theory and tennis teaching related literature,the teaching experiment is designed according to the actual situation according to the suggestions of experts,After 16 weeks of teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Attitude towards physical exerciseCompared with the traditional tennis teaching,the teaching environment under the tennis teaching mode under the OBE theory is more conducive to the cultivation and improvement of students’ physical exercise attitude;"Focusing on achievements,expanding opportunities,high expectation and reverse design" has a positive impact on students’ emotional experience,cognition of exercise behavior and the formation of exercise behavior habits.(2)Special physical qualityThe special physical qualities of tennis teaching students under OBE theory are significantly different from those before the experiment(P <0.01),and all qualities are greatly improved compared with those before the experiment.The physical qualities of students in the control group are also improved to a certain extent,but there is no significant difference before and after the experiments of "throwing solid ball" and "hexagonal run"(P > 0.05).Compared with the traditional tennis teaching mode,tennis teaching under OBE theory has greater advantages in improving special physical quality,and there are very significant differences(P <0.01).(3)Tennis skill levelBoth tennis teaching under OBE theory and traditional tennis teaching can significantly improve students’ tennis skill level(P < 0.01),but compared with traditional tennis teaching,tennis teaching under OBE theory can significantly improve the scores of "forehand stroke","backhand stroke" and "upper hand serve"(P < 0.01).(4)Teaching skillsThe OBE theory tennis teaching guided by "achievement output" has a good training effect on students’ teaching skills such as teaching plan writing ability,teaching organization ability and language expression ability.Compared with the traditional tennis teaching,it has great advantages on students’ teaching skills.(5)Classroom satisfactionTennis teaching under the OBE theory of "teaching students according to their aptitude" and "paying attention to the success of every student" meets the needs of the times,meets the actual needs of students,cultivates students’ comprehensive ability,and students’ satisfaction with the classroom is significantly improved. |
