“Computer application foundation” is a public basic course for all majors in secondary vocational schools, and the knowledge is updated quickly, whether work or life can not be separated from the use of computer. In order to meet the requirements of the job, the secondary vocational school students must have the ability of basic computer skills and the ability to consult relevant information on the Internet. Vocational school education teaching ideas and personnel training mode is relatively backward. In the process of teaching, the knowledge infusion is more, and production and life of the actual contact is not closely related. Practical, professional skills training is relatively short, the students in the school to learn the level of knowledge and skills can not reach the needs of the enterprise.This thesis is to study the action oriented teaching idea of Germany' Vocational Education to the course of “Computer application foundation”. Through the development of instructional design and teaching implementation, not only in the teaching process to focus on the guidance of the relevant theory, and through the teaching practice to develop a theoretical perspective, so that the action oriented teaching in the middle vocational school teaching activities.Through a series of theoretical analysis and exposition in the first two chapters, We have a preliminary understanding of the action oriented teaching. Then, after we introduce the action oriented teaching in our secondary vocational class, what kind of results will be produced? What kind of influence is the ability of the students' professional ability, the method and the ability of the society? In this study, the fourth chapter of the article is to support the experimental results to support the experimental results.
