Research On The Services Of Entrepreneurship Of College Studengts In Zigong Government

At present,China is facing a new development pattern of international and domestic double circulation promoting each other.In the face of fierce internal and external competition,how to solve the employment problem of college students,encourage college students to innovate and start businesses,and drive employment by entrepreneurship has been the focus of local governments at all levels.High school graduates in their own businesses exist many difficulties,which to some extent discourage their enthusiasm and initiative in starting their own businesses,resulting in low entrepreneurial willingness and low success rate.How to strengthen the service for college students to start their own businesses,encourage college students to start their own businesses,drive employment and form a new engine for economic development has become the focus of attention of local governments at all levels.In 2017,National Development and Reform Commission and several ministries and commissions proposed the plan of building the first batch of industrial transformation and upgrading demonstration zones in China,Zigong is eone of the first batch of 12 pilot cities in China,also the only selected old industrial city and resource-based city in Sichuan Province.The city government committed to exploring the transformation and upgrading of old industrial cities in the process of the development direction,also actively carry out creative work,various policies have been introduced to attract college students to return to Zigong to start businesses.Based on the new public service theory,serviceoriented government theory and the triple helix theory of entrepreneurship,this paper examines whether the government’s service goal for college students’ entrepreneurship has been achieved from four aspects: system construction,entrepreneurship education,service content and coverage,and the formation of entrepreneurship atmosphere.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes and studies the government services for college students’ entrepreneurship in Zigong City,finds out the existing problems and causes of the government services for college students’ entrepreneurship,and puts forward suggestions.Through the study,this paper found that Zigong City government has four problems in providing entrepreneurship services for college students: lack of government support,unmet needs of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship training,and failure to start from the actual needs of entrepreneurship services;The reasons mainly lie in four aspects: imperfect government policies and systems,incomplete entrepreneurship education,lack of service content and form,and insufficient government entrepreneurship atmosphere.Cause according to the analysis of the problems,combined with advanced areas of good experience,this article put forward to improve college students’ innovation service system,and thorough going efforts to promote college students’ entrepreneurship education training,strengthening college students’ entrepreneurial public services,creating the atmosphere of whole social entrepreneurship four solutions,hope to be able to effectively solve the problem of Zigong government in college students’ innovation service.It can improve the success rate of college students’ entrepreneurship in Zigong city and provide reference for the government to serve college students’ entrepreneurship in the process of transformation and upgrading of old industrial cities.
