Learning fatigue is a typical problem in high school students’ learning process.As an important factor affecting students’ learning and mental health,low levels of learning fatigue can make students hate and avoid learning,which will affect their learning efficiency.While the high level of learning fatigue will cause depression,neurasthenia and other psychological disorders,damaging the normal life of individuals seriously.Existing tools for measuring high school students’ learning fatigue mainly examine students’ performance in different dimensions of learning fatigue,such as cognitive performance,emotional performance and behavioral performance,which can provide limited diagnostic information.Cognitive diagnosis theory can realize the diagnosis of individual cognitive structure and processing skills,so as to understand the cognitive structure and dynamic process of high school students’ learning fatigue.This study chose high school students as the research object,with the learning fatigue degree and structural diagnosis for research purpose,according to the research paradigm of modern cognitive diagnostic theory,firstly constructed the cognitive model of high school students’ learning fatigue based on the ABC theory of emotion and Cognitive style Theory,that is extracted the key cognitive attributes of high school students’ learning fatigue and determined their hierarchical relationships;Then,compiled the Cognitive Diagnostic Scale of Learning Fatigue for Senior High School Students based on the design method of the Evidence Center;Finally self-compiled R language program was used to verify the measurement indexes of the scale.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The constructed cognitive model of high school students’ learning fatigue is complete and reasonable basically.On the basis of in-depth analysis of literature on learning fatigue,this study extracted the key cognitive attributes of high school students’ learning fatigue and determined the hierarchical relationship through expert evaluation and theoretical analysis,and then verified the completeness and rationality of the cognitive model through the analysis of students’ oral reports and measured analysis.(2)The Cognitive Diagnostic Scale of Learning Fatigue for Senior High School Students has been verified by actual measurement,and the item differentiation,reliability and validity have reached the basic requirements of measurement.It can be used as an effective tool to measure high school students’ learning fatigue on a large scale.
