| Middle school students in the critical period of college entrance and youth development have negative attitude towards life,lack of planning for the future,blind to goals and other problems.Bad behaviors such as suicide,self-injury,violent crime,Internet addiction,smoking and drug addiction occur frequently.They disregard life,passion,impulsive behavior caused irreparable harm to themselves;Cause great pain to the family;It has aroused great concern from all walks of life.It is urgent to solve the problem of "correct life attitude and promote healthy growth".Studies have shown that life attitude is closely related to positive coping styles and mental health.Therefore,it is necessary to design and implement the life attitude education curriculum in line with the characteristics of middle school students,so as to correct their life attitude,improve coping styles and enhance their mental health level.By referring to the existing research,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on842 students from 3 junior middle schools in Yan ’an city,Shaanxi Province.800 valid questionnaires were collected to reveal the current situation of life attitude of junior middle school students.On the basis of the status quo,a middle school eighth graders as the research object,in Yan ’an scheme design attitude "life education" courses,through a quasi-experimental design,experimental control group before and after the test of the experimental group to carry out for two months,7 hours(280 minutes)attitude toward life education curriculum,the control group only accepted conventional course of mental health counseling.One week before and one week after the intervention,the control group was investigated by questionnaire,and the experimental group was investigated by questionnaire and curriculum Feedback sheet.Three months after the intervention,the experimental group was tracked by questionnaire to understand the life attitude,positive coping style and mental health level of the two groups before and after the intervention.Explore the impact of life attitude education course on life attitude,positive coping style and mental health level of eighth graders.The applicability of "life attitude education" curriculum program to eighth graders is tested.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The score of life attitude of eighth graders from high to low is life autonomy,life ideal,love and care,life experience,life sense of existence.The score of life autonomy was the highest,and the score of life existence was the lowest.(2)There were no significant differences in the scores of gender,only child and family structure.There are significant differences in class cadres’ experience and family upbringing style in life attitude and some dimension scores.(3)Life attitude is positively correlated with mental health and positive coping style,and life attitude positively predicts mental health and positive coping style.(4)The results of the study and the qualitative evaluation of the students show that the experiment of life attitude course is effective.Life attitude education curriculum has certain immediate and delayed effects on correct life attitude,school standard positive coping style and mental health of eighth graders.(5)Eighth graders are highly satisfied with the life attitude course,affirm and accept the teaching methods,organizational forms and help to themselves,and express their willingness to participate in such courses for many times and actively cooperate with them.The course of life attitude education has positive influence on the eighth graders and is suitable for the teaching practice of mental health.This study takes eighth graders as the research object and life attitude education as the theme,and carries out research from three aspects: curriculum design,implementation and effect evaluation.It extends the research object of life attitude,enriches the curriculum content and method system of life attitude education system,and constructs new ideas and methods for mental health education.At the same time,the reflection and guidance of educators on life attitude education should be strengthened,and all sectors of society should pay active attention to the daily development of life attitude education. |
