| COVID-19 is the most serious public health emergency that China has experienced since the beginning of the 21 st century,and the most effective way to deal with it is to isolate at home and reduce gatherings.In this context,the importance of epidemic information resources has been highlighted.In the era of new media,diversified communication tools have become the main channels for information dissemination,the rich and diverse information content widely meets the needs of the public,it can be seen that the role of information dissemination in major emergencies is becoming more and more indispensable.More importantly,as the most basic emergency response unit,the community has played the functions of maintaining grassroots order,stabilizing residents’ emotions,and providing life support during the prevention of the COVID-19.In particular,the information dissemination work of the community can guide the masses to treat the epidemic more rationally and encourage everyone to take effective actions to prevent the epidemic,and a strong consensus among residents has been formed,thus forming a group to control the epidemic.Based on this social background,the research object of this study is the information dissemination in the epidemic,and the research unit is the community,focusing on the strengthening effect of community information dissemination on residents’ consensus,including three aspects of cognition,emotion,and behavior.And in-depth exploration of the strengthening mechanism,that is,the "community-resident" interactive strengthening mechanism.In addition,this research summarize the community information dissemination issues,and propose corresponding measures in policy advocacy,community information capacity improvement,and inter-professional cooperation from the perspective of community work,so as to enrich the content of the research field of emergency information dissemination in our country. |
