| On March 20,2020,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Schools,Colleges and Universities in the New Era(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions).In recent years,some young people do not cherish the fruits of labor,do not work and do not want to work phenomenon,the unique educational value of labor has been ignored to a certain extent,labor education is being desalted,weakened.The whole party and society must attach great importance to this and take effective measures to strengthen labor education.According to the opinion,we should attach importance to the unique educational value of labor education.Subjectivity is very important for the growth and development of human beings.Subjectivity makes children become more perfect and full,and they can change from a natural person to a real person with free soul and unique consciousness.The maturity and development of subjectivity is an individual perfect and sound performance,and we are facing the problem of primary school students lack of subjectivity,we can try to respond to and solve the practical problem of primary school students lack of subjectivity through constructing the way of labor education.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part illustrates the reason of the topic selection and research significance of this paper,and defines the core concept of this paper,and around the connotation of labor education,labor education for primary school students,labor education subjectivity cultivation to make a relevant review,and put forward the full research ideas.The second part analyzes the status quo of primary school students’ lack of subjectivity and analyzes the causes.The lack of primary school students’ subjectivity is manifested in four aspects: first,primary school students sometimes have chaotic self-role;Second,facing the situation that needs to make their own choices,pupils are often at a loss and eager to get help from teachers or parents.Third,when primary school students face teachers and parents,they sometimes dare not express their true ideas.Fourth,pupils’ ability to solve problems independently is relatively weak.Cause of primary school students subjectivity has a lot of,mainly due to the current education evaluation system of excessive focus on results and ignore the experience of students and demand,family education of parents sometimes cannot really tolerance,acceptance and understanding of children,elementary school students independent life ability is weak,life is very dependent on their parents and some of the children lack self-confidence.The third part discusses the importance of cultivating subjectivity for pupils.The development and improvement of primary school students’ subjectivity is very important for them.In order to make all parties realize the current situation of primary school students’ subjectivity missing and try to solve the problem,it is more necessary to let the public realize the significance and necessity of cultivating primary school students’ subjectivity.Cultivating and developing good subjectivity will further enhance the self-confidence of primary school students,improve their ability to live independently,and help them express themselves clearly and improve their ability to analyze and judge things.The development of subjectivity will make primary school students grow up to be independent,strong and confident people,and become innovative,ambitious and dare to think and do people needed by the future society.Cultivating subjectivity is of profound significance to the growth and development of primary school students.Cultivating subjectivity can not only help primary school students establish self-confidence,but also improve the ability of independent living of primary school students.At the same time,it can cultivate primary school students’ analytical power and judgment of things,as well as improve their expression ability.The fourth part expounds the internal relationship between labor education and subjectivity.From the labor education itself to discuss the significance of labor education to the development of subjectivity,labor education in a large number of fresh situation,to provide a lot of primary school students need to choose,analysis,judgment of the situation,can further enhance the subjectivity of primary school students.Labor education can also for primary school students the opportunity to face and solve problems,when they face problems and solve problems independently,this process helps to exercise pupil choice ability,improve the ability to solve the problem of children,at the same time,also will enhance elementary student’s power of expression,rich and extend the self-consciousness of children.The fifth part starts from school labor education and family labor education,trying to build a specific path of labor education to foster primary school students’ subjectivity.Through the construction of school labor module and family labor module to concretely implement the cultivation of primary school students’ subjectivity.In the school labor module,the school designed three kinds of crops with different planting difficulties and challenges for pupils to choose.The first category is difficult to grow,challenging for children,but rewarding.This category can be designed as a school book of Chinese herbal medicine.It can include motherwort,honeysuckle,astragalus membranaceus,etc.The second category is the moderate difficulty,the moderate challenge of planting crops.This is a kind of flowers and plants,including: sunflower,rose,Daisy and so on.The third category is less difficult,less challenging,can be seen everywhere in daily life of crops,they can be seen everywhere in daily life,such as cucumber,tomato,cabbage and so on.Teachers should help primary school students to make clear the possible results of each choice and the meaning of this choice before the beginning of labor education,to ensure that children know,understand the premise,and then guide children to follow their heart to make the choice of planting module.After the labor,the teacher should organize the primary school students to display the results of labor and the corresponding summary and reflection,to prepare for the next labor.In the family work,let the child try to be a little housekeeper of the family economy,responsible for managing the overall expenditure of the family,also can let the child participate in the construction of the family parent-child relationship.Whether it is the labor module in school or the labor role playing in the family,all provide the situation that needs the primary school students to choose and judge,and let the primary school students constantly realize themselves in the process,improve their self-consciousness and self-innovation ability,so as to promote the development of primary school students’ subjectivity. |
