Abstract/Summary:
The junior middle school stage is the important period of students’ academic development,the junior middle school students learning problems has been praised by workers focus on education and psychology,and learning input is one of the important indicators to predict a student’s academic quality,therefore explore the influence factors of junior middle school students learning into to promote students’ academic development and improve the quality of education has great significance.As a micro system of adolescent’s long-term life,family plays an important role in adolescent students’ psychological and behavioral performance.As one of the important factors in the family system,there are relatively few researches on the effect of parent-child attachment on learning engagement and its mechanism.According to attachment theory,attachment can exert an important influence on an individual’s body and mind by influencing the improvement of internal psychological resources and the feeling of helping others.Therefore,in order to explore the relationship of parent-child attachment and junior high school students study into its intrinsic mechanism,this study using parental and peer attachment scale(IPPA),understanding social support questionnaire(SSQ),learning investment scale(UWES-S),the positive psychological capital scale(PPQ)on 1064 junior middle school students of five middle schools in hunan province investigation and analysis,the results showed that:(1)There are significant differences in the parent-child attachment level of junior high school students in gender,grade and only child;The level of comprehending social support of junior middle school students has significant difference in grade,and with the rise of grade,the level of comprehending social support decreases significantly.The psychological capital level of junior middle school students has significant differences in gender,grade,family origin and whether they are the only child.There are significant differences in the level of junior high school students’ learning input in gender,grade,family origin and whether they are the only child.(2)Parent-child attachment,psychological capital,perceived social support and learning investment are significantly positively correlated with each other.(3)Parent-child attachment has a significant direct effect on the learning engagement of junior high school students.(4)The independent mediating effects of perceived social support and psychological capital on the relationship between parent-child attachment and learning engagement,as wellas the chain mediating effects of perceived social support and psychological capital were significant.This indicates that parent-child attachment can not only have a positive impact on the learning engagement of junior high school students directly,but also have a positive impact on the learning engagement of junior high school students through the influence of perceived social support level and psychological capital level.And according to the research conclusions from the family,learning and social three levels of education to improve the level of students’ learning input.
