Research On The Techniques And Tactics Of Korean Elite Male Taekwondo Athlete Lee Dae-hoon

In recent years,Taekwondo has developed rapidly in China,but there is still a gap between the competitive level and the world’s excellent players,which needs to be further improved.As the world’s Taekwondo overlord,South Korea has emerged a large number of excellent Taekwondo athletes such as Kim Tae-hun,Lee Dae-hoon and Jang Jun in recent years.Their skills and tactics are worth learning from.Among them,as one of the best athletes of men’s Taekwondo 68 kg level,Lee Dae-hoon’s technical and tactical application in the competition is highly representative,which has high reference value for other men’s taekwondo athletes of this level.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,video analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this study observed and counted the technical and tactical application data of Korean Male Taekwondo Athlete Lee Dae-hoon in 31 sets of 10 international competitions from 2019 to 2021,and summarized the characteristics of Lee Dae-hoon’s technical and tactical application by analyzing various technical and tactical indicators when Lee Dae-hoon faced different opponents,Provide some guidance for the future training of Chinese men’s taekwondo athletes at this level,learn from the merits of the technical and tactical application of South Korean excellent men’s taekwondo athlete Lee Dae-hoon,and further optimize our technical and tactical system in combination with our own reality,so as to promote the improvement of the competitive level of domestic men’s taekwondo athletes.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained:1.In terms of attack technology,Lee Dae-hoon used leg technique to attack very actively.The back leg cross kick,front leg cross kick and push kick are the technical core.These three techniques are used as attack guidance,control the distance between himself and his opponent,and cooperate with other attack techniques to make supplementary strikes.He has rich attack means and flexible and rapid technology transformation.2.In terms of defensive technology,Lee Dae-hoon’s pace moves very quickly,focusing on the use of pace Dodge,close proximity and block defense.It is mainly reflected in the use of pace to avoid or close to the opponent’s attack at medium and long distance,combined with block defense to reduce the possibility of losing points,seek a reasonable fighting distance and use offensive technology to fight back.3.In terms of median technical score,hind leg cross kick + fist is Lee Dae-hoon’s proud technology and the most key scoring means.In terms of high-level technical score,the advantage of using hind leg cross kick and push kick is obvious.4.In terms of tactics,Lee Dae-hoon focuses on the use of active attack tactics,supplemented by the use of encounter tactics and Counterattack Tactics.The use of tactics has strong pertinence.He can choose reasonable and effective tactics according to the characteristics of different opponents and the changes of the situation on the field,launch a targeted pressure attack,and move away from or close to the opponent through steps to find a reasonable attack distance and improve the effect of tactical application.
