Research On The Cultivation Of Young Marxists In Higher Vocational Colleges In The New Era

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,Marxism has been the guiding ideology,and the training of young Marxists is related to the successor of the Party’s cause,the education of qualified builders of socialism and reliable successors,so General Secretary Xi Jinping has always attached great importance to the marxist education of young people.Since the implementation of "Qingma Project" in 2007,it has become an important brand project created by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League to cultivate talents for the Party and the country.Especially for the new era of higher vocational education,it is charged with the party and the country has cultivated faith and of the burden of high quality technical skill talented person’s mission,thus further promoting the implementation of the "green horse project" in higher vocational colleges,systematic training in higher vocational colleges students become the youth marxists is of great significance.However,the current vocational education in China is faced with difficulties such as insufficient social recognition,uneven quality of students and teachers,and imperfect education system.Therefore,how to carry out the training of young Marxists in higher vocational colleges still needs in-depth research and exploration.This research takes higher vocational colleges as the starting point,starts from the viewpoints and methods of Marxism,and uses various research methods such as literature analysis,historical analysis and interview investigation to cultivate young Marxists in higher vocational colleges.research.First,through interviews,research and literature review,it expounds the effectiveness of the cultivation of young Marxists in college students in higher vocational colleges.Problems,such as the lack of rich theoretical education content,the lack of diversity of practice methods,and the incompleteness of the assessment system;then,from the aspects of the implementation of Marxist theoretical education,practice and assessment system,analyze the causes of the problem;finally,put forward the new era of higher vocational education.The optimal path for the cultivation of young Marxists in college students is based on the characteristics of vocational colleges and the training requirements of Tsingma talents,including improving the content of ideological and political education,expanding the content of professional ethics education,and consolidating college students.These countermeasures can solve the dilemma and problems of cultivating Qingma talents in higher vocational colleges in the new era.The training of young Marxists in higher vocational colleges is not only the proper meaning of improving the professional ethics of young marxists in higher vocational colleges,but also the realistic requirement of improving the ideological character of students in vocational colleges.Therefore,the research of this paper can provide meterial strength for the research of training countermeasures of young Marxists in higher vocational colleges.To promote the project of cultivating young Marxists in the social practice of the new era.
