Research purpose: with the passage of time and the continuous development of table tennis, table tennis players began to pay attention to the application of backhand twisting and pulling technology, which has a high application rate in today’s stadiums. This study tests the main joints and the most important muscle groups of table tennis players of different levels in the process of backhand screwing and pulling spin ball through the characteristics of kinematics and surface electromyography, and analyzes the test data, hoping to obtain the sports characteristics of high-level athletes and amateur athletes and the shortcomings of amateur athletes,so as to provide reference value for the future training of amateur athletes and other athletes.Research methods: in this study,Delsys surface EMG tester is used as the main research tool, and the SIM motion motion capture system is integrated to collect the corresponding EMG signals of five high-level athletes and five amateur athletes when implementing the backhand screwing and pulling down spin ball technology, and capture their actions at the same time. The obtained EMG signal can obtain the corresponding force time sequence, integrated EMG value and root mean square value of each muscle under the systematic analysis of Delsys surface EMG tester; The collected motion capture images are summarized and analyzed with SIM motion motion motion capture system as a tool to obtain time speed data. All the data obtained shall be returned through Excel and spss26 0 complete mathematical statistics and conduct t experience. This paper obtains the following results through research:1.The muscle activation sequence of high-level athletes and amateur athletes is generally the same when they twist and pull the spin ball with their backhand. The brachioradialis muscle activated first and then the brachioradialis muscle activated last.In terms of integral EMG value,it is found that there are significant differences between high-level athletes and amateur athletes in deltoid muscle, oblique abdominal muscle and lateral femoral muscle.3.In terms of root mean square amplitude,it is found that there are significant differences in deltoid muscle, lateral femoral muscle and oblique abdominal muscle of high-level athletes.2.When high-level athletes and amateur athletes implement backhand screwing and pulling spin ball, the maximum speed of each joint is wrist > elbow > shoulder from high to low.At the beginning of the swing, the shoulder joint works first, then the elbow joint and then the wrist joint to complete the hitting action. This paper draws the following conclusions through research:(1)The muscle activation sequence of high-level athletes and amateur athletes is basically the same when they twist and pull the backspin ball with the backhand.(2)In terms of integral EMG value,it is found that the muscle with the largest integral EMG value of high-level athletes in the swing and stroke stage is the deltoid muscle. The upper limb muscles of high-level athletes contribute the most and last the longest, which plays a great role. When the contribution rate of amateur athletes is the highest, brachioradialis muscle and forearm will be too tense.(3)In the root mean square value,it is found that the average discharge level of deltoid muscle, lateral femoral muscle and abdominal oblique muscle of high-level athletes is very high.(4)The speed of each joint of high-level athletes is higher than that of amateur athletes, and the speed comparison of wrist joint is more obvious, which plays the role of accelerating friction, and the quality of screwing and pulling down the spin ball is higher.
