| At present,China has entered the age of mild aging,and the proportion of elderly empty-nesters in the elderly population is expanding.The elderly empty-nesters are different from the low and middle aged ones,because they have a higher rate of widower and physiological deterioration,and have endless problems in daily care,psychological comfort and safety.They have gradually become a vulnerable group that needs urgent attention in the society.The problem of providing for the elderly empty-nesters is a problem that must be faced in this aging era,and it is also a problem worth pondering for each of us,because the aging period is something that everyone will experience sooner or later.-empty nester family,their own existence of the problem of insufficient safety awareness is also increasingly apparent,social workers rely on government agencies and social organizations,in elderly empty-nesters safety consciousness raising,with professional social work theory to solve the community home endowment service demand is difficult to meet the demand of or service and do not match.Therefore,this paper mainly investigates the safety awareness of the elderly empty-nesters through interviews,analyzes the causes of their home safety awareness,and uses the method of case work for effective intervention to help them better cope with the safety problems in home life.Based on the community service center,this study conducted a research on the elderly empty nesters in Y community,supported by social support network theory and cognitive behavior theory.Observation and interview methods were used in the research process.Through interviews and observations with 20 elderly empty-nesters enjoying family care bed services in the community,their problems and needs were understood,and on this basis,their awareness of home safety was emphasized.The elderly empty-nesters were served by case work,and community volunteer resources were linked for the subjects,so as to enhance their safety awareness,improve their living conditions and make them enjoy their old age in peace.Believe that this study was to improve elderly empty-nesters pension security awareness that occupy the home,the first thing you need to social workers to strengthen the construction of own ability,secondly should strengthen propaganda and education to improve the safety awareness of elderly empty-nesters,finally united community and neighborhood assistance network within the community,for the elderly empty-nesters pension safety consciousness raising more support at home.To realize the community governance mechanism with community as the platform,social organizations as the carrier,social work professionals as the support,and social volunteers as the support,to meet the needs of elderly empty nesters,solve their problems in life,and make the elderly empty nesters’ life in their later years more colorful. |
