Positive psychology is a psychology with relatively complete and effective measuring methods and experimental methods to study strengths, the positive side of human (Sheldon&King,2001). It is devoted to the study of the positive quality of human, paying attention to the survival and development of mankind. With the effect of positive ideas has become increasingly prominent, combined with group counseling and positive psychology, relevant domestic research has also increased. From the perspective of positive psychological group counseling effect change in emotion, cognition, behavior and the adaptation (SWB), this study designs a set of standardized group implementation manual, through the form of group counseling, to promote the mental health of College students. In theory, theories of the group counseling and the positive psychology, such as strengths and hope therapy, are further confirmed; in practice, firstly, attempts of putting existing research and theoretical conversion of positive psychology into the practice of psychological counseling are made; secondly, it does enrich the theory and practice of our country’s colleges and universities psychological consultation and treatment, for future research, exploring the preparation and reference.Through2*2experimental design, this research tests group program effect.
