| Since the 1990 s,with the rapid development of computer and network technology,E-learning has become a main trend of enterprise training.Its significant advantages are massive information,super time and space constraints,flexibility,convenience and low cost.E-learning takes network and information technology as the media,and its application in the field of human resources training is becoming more and more extensive and in-depth.Especially in the new epidemic environment,E-learning and training has become the key carrier of enterprise talent training and an important tool for enterprise training.Therefore,the establishment of E-learning platform has increasingly become a new training mode favored by enterprises.Obviously,with the rapid development of modern technology,based on the background of big data,Internet and intelligence,more enterprises begin to apply new training methods.This has a lot of impact on the traditional training concept,training theory,training methods and training strategies.Y company’s internal dedicated " E-learning platform" was built in 2018 and officially put into use in 2019.Human resources management soon realized the benefits and benefits of this form of training to the enterprise.However,with the passage of time,the problems and contradictions in the process of its E-learning platform participating in the implementation of enterprise training have become increasingly prominent.Based on the requirements of high-quality applied talents training of Y company and considering the actual needs of production,it is necessary to adjust the modular construction of Y company’s internal E-learning platform as soon as possible,give full play to the advantages of E-learning platform independently and smoothly transition enterprise training from offline to online,which is the fastest way to make up for the current training gap of Y company.Taking Y company,a large local state-owned enterprise,as an example,this paper expounds the existing problems of its internal E-learning platform,analyzes them,combs the causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.In the form of questionnaire and interview,the author found that the main problems of Y company’s Elearning platform are: low matching between demand and supply,lack of functional design perfection,lack of learning resources,lack of incentive operation mechanism and fuzzy evaluation of learning effect.After analysis,the main reasons for the problems are: the difference and change of staff training needs,the weak integration of platform construction,the lack of resource acquisition and development,the unclear positioning of the platform and the lack of standards for evaluating the effect.The countermeasures are as follows: deeply tap the training needs of employees,rebuild the structure and function of the platform,develop learning resources according to local conditions,reorganize the training positioning and distribution as a whole,and establish learning evaluation standards. |
