Research On The Training Mechanism Of Reserve Talents For Swedish Athletic Table Tennis

Sweden is one of the most representative sports powers in Northern Europe and even Europe,and has made great contributions to promoting the development of world table tennis technology.As table tennis training becomes more scientific and systematic,the performance of competitive sports in various countries continues to improve,and the gap in the level of competitive table tennis in various countries in the world is also constantly narrowing.If any country wants to win and stabilize its position in the world competitive table tennis competition,the key is to strengthen the training of its reserve forces.Today,Sweden’s table tennis level still occupies an important position in Europe,and it is also a strong opponent of China.In view of this.This article takes the Swedish competitive table tennis reserve talent training mechanism as the starting point,analyzes the development process of Swedish table tennis,summarizes the characteristics of Swedish table tennis talent training,analyzes the successful experience of Swedish table tennis reserve talent training,and serves as a reserve for table tennis in my country and the rest of the world.Talent development provides a series of references.Based on systematic literature reviews,field investigations,in-depth interviews and other research methods,this article explains the training mechanism of Swedish competitive table tennis reserve talents,and draws the following conclusions:First,the management department for the training of reserve talents in Swedish competitive table tennis is the Swedish Table Tennis Association.This organization is of a non-profit nature.Its main responsibilities include the training of reserve talents for the national team,the registration of athletes,and the appointment of national team coaches.Second,the basic places for training reserve talents in Swedish competitive table tennis include: schools,clubs,national teams,national training bases,etc.A series of activities for the training of reserve table tennis talents in Sweden are mainly carried out around the club.The training mechanism adopted by the national team is a short-term training system.Thirdly,the characteristic of Swedish table tennis talent training is "matching training".Sweden’s competition mechanism is relatively complete,with fewer competition restrictions,and young athletes can get adequate exercise in the competition.Fourth,the logistical support of Swedish table tennis reserve talents is sufficient.The Swedish government provides a good life,study and training guarantee for the reserve talents of competitive table tennis.There are resources to introduce world-class high-level coaches to improve the overall coaching level of coaches.Fifth,my country can learn from Sweden’s open training model,optimize the formulation of competition rules,reduce the number of registrations and registrations,and provide a broader competition platform for young people.At the same time,the enlightenment of table tennis is incorporated into the education system,and the school facilities are used while taking into account athlete training and cultural learning.
