SAQ training is a new type of training mode that is very popular in foreign countries.It breaks the traditional single training mode on the basis of its unique training concept,takes speed,sensitivity and quick response as a whole training,and pays more attention to the overall quality and physical fitness of athletes.control.This training method can effectively improve the athlete’s speed sensitivity and special performance ability,maximize the efficiency of special sports,and provide a new training idea for improving the athletes’ competitive level.In this study,20 school team directional athletes were trained for 9 weeks to explore the effect of SAQ training method on the speed and sensitivity of directional athletes.This study mainly adopts the method of literature materials,expert interviews,experimental methods and mathematical statistics.20 athletes from the orientation team of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were selected for 9 weeks of intervention training,and the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group by random grouping.The experimental group received 9 weeks of SAQ training,and the control group received 9weeks of routine physical training.After the 9-week experiment,the data of the subjects’ performance before and after the experiment was analyzed,and the six test indicators of the experimental group and the control group were compared at 30 meters,60 meters,400 meters,Illinois agility test,AFL agility test and 100-meter orientation test.The differences in the changes in the following conclusions are drawn:1.Comparing the results of the speed test between the experimental group and the control group after the 9-week experiment,the speed quality of the two groups of athletes was significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a more significant improvement in absolute speed and acceleration(30 meters,60 meters)(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the speed endurance(400 meters)of the two groups of athletes.(P>0.05),indicating that the SAQ training method can effectively improve the ability of athletes to exert maximum strength in high-speed exercise,and has a certain effect on the fast movement and rapid response ability of directional athletes,but has no significant effect on the improvement of athletes’ speed endurance..2.After the 9-week experiment,the sensitivity test results of the experimental group and the control group were compared,and the sensitivity of the two groups of athletes was significantly improved(P<0.05).However,in the Illinois agility test and the AFL agility test,the results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,indicating that the SAQ training method can improve athletes’ thinking agility,kinesthetic awareness and ability to change direction through flexible training methods.It has a certain effect on the improvement of the sensitive quality of directional athletes.3.Comparing the 100-meter directional performance of the experimental group and the control group after the 9-week experiment,it was found that the directional performance of the two groups of athletes was significantly improved(P<0.05).The average performance of the experimental group was 2 minutes and 41 seconds,and the average performance of the control group The score is 2 minutes and 47 seconds.It can be seen that the experimental group is better than the control group,indicating that the SAQ training method is feasible in the 100-meter directional training.
