Talent is the backbone of rural revitalization,and returning labor force is a fresh talent force in rural entrepreneurship,which helps to promote the practice of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The emergence of returning labor force has added talents to rural development.After returning from cities and towns,returning labor force can use their knowledge,skills,accumulated management experience and savings to drive the vitality of rural development,lead villagers to get rich and promote rural development.Compared with the left behind farmers,the returning labor force has great differences in entrepreneurial choices.The returning labor force has more sufficient entrepreneurial resources and may have different psychological characteristics.The returning labor force with out of town employment experience may have strong entrepreneurial intention,which can help the returning labor force to stir up the backbone of Rural Entrepreneurship and become the "leader" in rural entrepreneurship.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the relationship between out of town employment experience and the entrepreneurial choice of returning labor force.Employment experience is a key factor affecting the entrepreneurship of returning labor force.Achievement desire and risk attitude are the main psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs,which will affect entrepreneurial decision-making.In addition,individual characteristics and family characteristics also play an important role in entrepreneurial choice.In this context,considering the difference between returning labor force and left behind farmers caused by out of town employment experience,Based on the data of China family tracking survey(CFPS)from 2016 to2018,this paper tests the relationship between the out of town employment experience of returning labor force and entrepreneurial choice,explores the mechanism of achievement desire and risk attitude,and discusses the impact of out of town employment experience on entrepreneurial choice of groups with different education level,age and family liquid asset level.The article is designed as follows.Chapter one combs the background and meaning,presents the dynamics of the relevant study,expounds the study thoughts and methods and the technology roadmap of the study,and clarifies the new places and flaws.The second part is the theory.By analyzing the correlation theoretical basis,this chapter designs a theoretical model of the influence of out of town employment experience on the entrepreneurial choice of returning labor force,and analyzes the impact mechanism of returning labor force playing a leading role,and presents the research content of this paper.The third chapter is the data source and variable structure,which explains the data source,variable selection and processing used in this paper.The fourth part studies the impact of out of town employment experience on the entrepreneurial choice of returning labor force,and discusses whether the out of town employment experience has a good impact on individual entrepreneurial tendency,which helps the returning labor force to stir up the backbone of Rural Entrepreneurship and become the "leader" in rural entrepreneurship.The fifth chapter uses the intermediary effect test to delve the action mechanism of out of town employment experience on the entrepreneurial choice of returning labor force,and clarify whether out of town employment experience affects their entrepreneurial decision-making by affecting their achievement desire and risk attitude.The sixth chapter discusses the heterogeneous impact of out of town employment on different types of returning labor force,focusing on the impact of out of town employment experience on the entrepreneurial behavior of groups with different levels of education,age and family liquid assets.The seventh chapter puts the corresponding conclusions based on the past research,and provides policy proposal according to the research results.The study found that out of town employment experience can significantly promote entrepreneurship and significantly improve the possibility of entrepreneurship,that is,the returning labor force with out of town employment experience is more inclined to choose entrepreneurship than the left behind farmers,which is still valid after correcting the endogenous problems.The results show that the experience of going out for employment weakens the desire for achievement and has a negative impact on entrepreneurship;The returning labor force with out of town employment experience is more inclined to avoid risks,which will have a positive impact on entrepreneurship.In the process of going out for employment,the returning labor force gradually understands and recognizes the social reality,resulting in a psychological gap between reality and expectation.The resulting psychological pressure will affect their desire for achievement and risk attitude,and then affect their entrepreneurial behavior.Heterogeneity analysis embodies that employment experience has a more apparent impact on entrepreneurial behavior of groups with high education level,middle and lower age level and low level of family liquid assets.Based on the above analysis results,in order to help the returning labor force to better play the role of the "leader" of rural entrepreneurship,this paper proposes the following measures: on the one hand,the government should introduce relevant policies to effectively clear away the difficulties existing in the life and work of the out of town employed population,and remove the institutional obstacles for farmers to work in cities.Strengthen the construction of labor export platform,break the "invisible threshold" for farmers to enter the city,and promote left behind farmers to go out for employment.On the other hand,the government needs to integrate relevant policies and market resources,export Taiwan policies and measures due to snobbery,strengthen the element support for returning home entrepreneurship,and guide returning labor to start their own businesses.We will improve the relevant policy systems such as talent introduction and talent security,and build a financing platform to provide financing facilities for entrepreneurship,increase financial supply,and alleviate the difficulty of returning home for entrepreneurship financing.
