Study On The Application Characteristics Of Offensive Techniques And Tactics Of Young Women’s Handball In China ——Taking The2020 National Youth U18 Championship As An Example

Women’s handball is a fast and changeable sport,young women’s handball can better reflect the young women’s vitality,offensive skills and tactics is an important part of the handball scoring,is the core of handball,is one of the main means to defeat the opponent in the handball match.Offensive techniques and tactics complement each other.When athletes reach a certain competitive level,and can play the expected technical and tactical level in handball competition,so as to achieve excellent results,which is related to the individual offensive ability of athletes.The improvement of athletes’ personal ability also promotes the improvement and development of offensive techniques and tactics,the rapid transformation of offense and defense,the flexible tactical changes,the use of various breakthrough means and different shooting methods make the contemporary women’s handball game more entertaining and enjoyable.This paper adopts the methods of literature,investigation,expert interview,video observation,logical analysis and so on.Taking the application characteristics of offensive techniques and tactics of Chinese youth U18 women handball as the research object and the 2020 National YOUTH U18 Championship as the investigation object,a systematic analysis is conducted on the application of offensive techniques and tactics of Chinese youth U18 women handball.The results show that :（1）jiangsu is strong in offensive technology and tactics,whereas hebei is the weakest.（2）The single use of players’ positional attack technology,the weak stability of players’ attack technology,the team’s overall transition between attack and defense is slow,the success rate of shooting is low,the technical foundation is poor,and too many mistakes.（3）The overall strength gap between the teams is large,the players’ fast break attack technology is poor,the effective cooperation between players is weak,the ability to use offensive technology is poor,and the scoring consciousness is strong.（4）The positional attack tactics of the players are single,poor in the selection of attack tactics,weak tactical awareness and low success rate.（5）Players are good at partial fast break,but the tactical form of fast break is simple and the tactical basis is weak.There are many mistakes in fast break tactics,and the players are not stable in using fast break tactics.（6）The factors that restrict the effective application of offensive techniques and tactics in Chinese U18 women’s handball include: the weak foundation of individual offensive techniques,the low success rate of shooting,the single shooting action mode,the single attacking tactics of position and fast break,and the poor execution of the whole team’s tactical attack.According to the factors,the countermeasures are put forward:strengthening the basic practice of individual skills,adopting various shooting practice methods,strengthening the practice of diversified shooting methods,increasing the practice time of attack tactics,strengthening the execution of players’ attack tactics.
