| In the 14th National Games kayak flat water competition,Hubei women’s double kayak athletes Tian Shengfang and Sun Yuewen won the gold medal in the 500-meter final with a time of 1:42.346.This paper takes the programmatic preparation process of these two athletes six months before the competition as the research object,analyzes the specific elements and basic requirements in the design and execution process of the pre-match programming,and explores the pre-match preparation program design,load rhythm changes,sports Basic content such as monitoring methods and feedback adjustment,and analyze the sameness and differences between the training preparation stage and the competitive competition stage in the pre-match programmed preparation,while enriching the research on programmed preparation theory and increasing the application of water sports theory to practice.Corroborating evidence,using the methods of literature,expert interviews and case analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The pre-match programmed preparation is divided into two stages,namely the programmed training preparation stage and the programmed competition entry stage.The programmed training preparation stage is mainly to strengthen the athletes’ competitive ability,and the programmed competition participation stage is mainly to enhance the athletes’ competitive performance..The content of the two stages of programmed preparations includes five links: preparation goals and tasks,division of preparation stages and time arrangement,means of implementation of preparation plans,means of preparation monitoring,and preparation feedback adjustment methods.The difference between the two lies in the time span and implementation plan.The training preparation stage has a longer time span,while the competitive competition stage has a relatively short time span;the training preparation stage mainly reflects the macro training content and classification,while the competitive competition stage mainly reflects the athletes’ performance.The specific competition process.(2)The pre-competition program design is the specific process of the preparation goals and the preparation process for the competition.It must be designed according to the actual state of the athletes and the competitive performance of the competitors,and cannot be modified at will during the execution process.Only through exercise monitoring and staged test results.The fine-tuning of load,time and content reflects the scientific,mandatory and dynamic stability of pre-match programmed preparations.(3)The pre-match programmed preparation process is the way to execute the program.The specific operation process is: competition information collection(competition information,competitor competitive information)-athlete’s actual state diagnosis(physical fitness,special projects,physiological and biochemical indicators)-goal setting(maximum Strength,strength endurance,running,special)-training plan formulation-sports training-training monitoring-periodic testing-feedback adjustment-sports training-training monitoring-periodic testing(several cycles)-competition(travel information,preparation stage,competition adjustment,post-match summary). |
