Chinese students ’development of core literacy was proposed at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC in 2014,and subsequently attracted the attention of scholars in various fields of education to conduct research on students ’core literacy,now the core literacy has been carried out to all disciplines and specialties to cultivate the core literacy of students.In the field of physical education,the concept of core quality of physical education has begun to emerge.At present,facing the double pressure of graduation and employment,if we can improve students ’quality and key ability,we can improve students ’social competitiveness.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the content of core literacy indicators of cheer leading students in physical education colleges and universities.In this paper,by using the method of Literature Review,expert interview and analyzing the related theoretical knowledge of core literacy,the content of core literacy index for the students of cheer leading gymnastics in physical education institutes was drawn up through three rounds of index screening,calculate the weight value of the index content,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Using the three rounds of expert investigation and calculation of interview method and Delphi method,it is determined that the core literacy index system of Cheer leading students in sports colleges and universities includes four first-class indexes,nine second-class indexes and 34 third-class indexes.(2)In the construction of the core literacy index of the Special Students in sports colleges and universities,the healthy lifestyle and moral character are the highest among the first-class index,followed by the special knowledge and skills,combined with the weight of the second-class index,the leading indicators are “Team spirit of cheer leading”and “Special skills of cheer leading”.According to the data results,the above indicators can highlight the core elements of the special students of cheer leading,which is quite different from other items,the index at the bottom of the ranking is the innovative ability of cheer leading.This index is not suitable for the range of ability of special students,but can be developed freely by students.(3)The top three indicators,which account for the largest proportion,are “Mutual help”,“Introduction to cheer leading”and “Demonstration of cheer leading techniques”,for helping others is the basic moral requirements,the introduction to cheer leading and demonstration of technical skills for students,but also cheerleading students need the most attention.The lowest index is “Community Square Dance Service”,“Lala gymnastics music innovation”and“Campus large class break service”.The above index is inclined to the social service type.
