| As a "noble sport",tennis is more and more known and loved by people.With the increasing number of tennis learners,how to standardize and skillfully master the basic techniques of tennis has become a topic of deep concern.With the progress of science and technology and the development of society as well as the popularization of the theory of group training,the requirements and standards of sports training methods and means are getting higher and higher.Tennis smash technique teaching in the tennis teaching in colleges and universities is difficult,more difficult to grasp,the traditional tennis smash technology training methods and means in the presentation of the visual aspects of wanting,not new,so it is difficult to make most of the college students to effectively understand the action point and the difficulty,quickly grasp the technical movement.By using the research methods of literature,logical reasoning and mathematical statistics,through analyzing the action essentials and the key points of the action of the volleyball spiking technique and the backcourt forehand killing technique of badminton,the working principle and power transmission mechanism of the swing action of the three sports are summarized,so as to find the similarity of their actions.Collect and comprehensively analyze the practice means of arm swing movement across the net,refer to relevant information,and understand the practice means of volleyball arm spike technology and badminton backcourt kill technology;The method of questionnaire survey is used to screen and evaluate the training methods and select the training methods suitable for tennis players to improve the overhead smash skills.The analytical method of three-dimensional photography is used to provide data support for the evaluation of technical movements.In this paper,using the method of teaching experiment,the content of the course for the experimental group and control group intervention,the subjects for the wuhan sports college sports education professional tennis level 2019 special 30 students,students can be divided into the experimental group and control group,the experimental class USES the netting class handwaving comprehensive training means for teaching,the control group using traditional teaching tennis overhead smash training means,Before the experiment,the body shape and physical quality of the two groups of students were tested.Data analysis of the test results of each indicator showed no significant difference before the experiment,so experimental research can be carried out.Experimental results from the hitting point,hitting Angle,displacement speed,swing speed,the success rate of the front court,the success rate of the middle and back court of the experimental group and the control group were tested,the obtained data were compared and analyzed.At the same time,the data in the photographic images were recorded and summarized.Finally,the following conclusions were drawn: 1)Similarity of dynamic mechanism of volleyball spiking technology,badminton killing technology and tennis high pressure ball technology;2)The spiking technique of volleyball and the killing technique of badminton enrich the training means of tennis overhead smash;3)The net arm swing exercises effectively improved students’ spatial perception;4)The net arm swing exercises effectively promoted the students’ footwork movement ability;5)The practice means of arm swing action on the net effectively enhanced the students’ whipping ability.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward for the teaching methods and means of overhead smash tennis course in colleges and universities: 1)The teaching ideas of overhead smash tennis should keep pace with The Times and meet the needs of The Times;2)Tennis overhead smash ball teaching methods and means need to innovate;3)The training methods of the same group sports can learn from each other... |
