| Lunge is common in rehabilitation training and sports specific physical training.Different modes of lunge will cause different training effects, but wrong lunge training actions can not achieve good training effects, but will cause sports injury. The rationality of lunge and its deformation needs more attention.Among them,in the research on the height of the forefoot, the predecessors used the height of the forefoot of 15 cm to test the bow and arrow of different subjects, which is relatively single, and it is not suitable for all kinds of people due to individual differences. In order to explore the influence of different forefoot heights on the lunge movement, this study obtained the surface electromyography data of 18 male college students with fitness experience of more than 1 year in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education under different forefoot heights through noraxon surface electromyography acquisition and analysis system and three-dimensional kislter dynamometer. The forefoot heights are flat,5%leg length,10% leg length and 15% leg length respectively.Analyze the biomechanical characteristics of lunges at different heights of the forefoot in the rising and falling stages, evaluate the parameter differences of lunges at different heights of the forefoot, and provide reference suggestions on the selection of lunges for fitness enthusiasts, sports rehabilitation people and various special training through the training effect of lunges at different heights of the forefoot,so as to enhance the effect of training and fitness, and reduce or reduce the probability of sports injury,At the same time,it enriches the research on the deformation of lunge. It is found that the lunge is the main research action of this experiment. In the whole process of lunge, the higher the current foot height, the shaking diameter in the left and right directions is increasing, the balance stability in the left and right directions is deteriorating, and the shaking diameter in the front and rear directions is decreasing, which can be used for the training action of special sports. The percentage of weight supported by the front leg decreases with the increase of the height of the front foot, and the center of gravity will shift to the rear leg. When the height of the leg increases by 5%,5% of the body center of gravity will shift to the rear leg. With the decreasing load of the front support leg and the decreasing intensity of muscle stimulation, the bow and arrow step with the front leg raised can be preferentially selected as the early training action after anterior crossover and meniscus injury. The main force generating muscle groups of lunges at different heights are the front of the thigh,of which the force of the internal and external thigh muscles is the most obvious.Lunges are suitable for the training of the front thigh muscles of the front support leg,and have good training effects at different heights. The rectus femoris, internal and external thigh muscles, anterior tibial muscles, gluteus maximus and vertical spine muscles in the process of lunges at different heights of the forefoot increase with the height,The integral EMG value and RMS amplitude decreased continuously, and there was no obvious change trend among other muscles. The lunge with front leg raised is suitable for early rehabilitation training.By reducing muscle stimulation,it can ensure the training effect and reduce sports injury at the same time. |
