Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the development of preschool education has been paid more and more attention by the country,The country increased financial investment in the field of preschool education,preschool education ushered in the vigorous development of spring.The professional happiness of preschool teachers is an important content and driving force to promote their professional development,which affects their professional development and education quality.The research object of this paper is kindergarten teachers,a total of 384 teacher participated in this survey.By classifying and summarizing the content of the literature,the questionnaire method was used as the main method of this research.This paper studies the relationship among preschool teachers’ professional happiness,competence and professional identity.The results showed that:1.On the whole,the competence,professional identity and professional happiness of preschool teachers are at a good level2.From the perspective of demographic variables,professional identity is different in the nature of kindergartens,labor relations,location of kindergartens and marital status;There are differences in competency in nature of kindergartens,location of kindergartens,labor relations,marital status,personality charm and whether they are preschool graduates.There are differences in occupational happiness in the nature of kindergartens,labor relations,marital status,professional title and salary.3.Professional skills and professional belonging in preschool teacher competence can significantly positively predict professional identity;The four dimensions of preschool teacher competency can significantly positively predict professional identity;The dimensions of role values,professional behavioral tendencies and professional belonging in preschool teachers’ professional identity can significantly positively predict occupational happiness.4.From the mediating effect,professional identity plays a partial mediating role in competence and occupational happiness.According to the research conclusions,several suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of improving the professional identity of teachers and improving the competence of teachers from the standpoint of improving the professional happiness of preschool teachers.
