| Today’s prominent health problems in children are "small glasses","small fat pier" and accompanied by some psychological problems,these problems seriously affect the physical and mental health development of children.Flat fancy roller skating is a recreational,fitness,skill,novelty and interesting characteristics of the sport,to meet the needs of children’s physical and mental health development.Children aged 4 – 6 years are in a critical period of their physical and mental health development.This paper studies the effects of flat fancy roller skating on physical fitness and mental health of children aged 4-6 years.In this paper,through the literature method,questionnaire method,experimental method,mathematical statistical method,comparative analysis,with the flat fancy roller skating on the physical quality and mental health as the research object,select Linyi district enlian roller skating sports center of 4-6,30 children for the experimental group and Linyi city XX kindergarten aged 4-6,30 children as the control group.The test data before and after the experiments were compared analyzed by Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS26.0.After 10 weeks of teaching experimental intervention,:(1)Significant differences in anterior flexion(P<0.05),standing long jump(P<0.05),continuous jump(P<0.05),ten m return running(P<0.05),Female children had very significant differences in sitting forward flexion(P<0.01),standing long jump(P<0.01),double continuous jump(P<0.01),10-meter return running(P<0.01),There were very significant differences in the left station(P<0.01)and right station(P<0.01)between male and female children.(2)Social skills indicators(P<0.01)and P<0.01);emotional integration(P<0.01),communication(P<0.01)and empathy(P<0.01)were significantly different;mental resilience(P<0.01),self-restraint(P<0.01)and perseverance(P<0.01).After comparative analysis of the experimental data,the following conclusion:(1)after 10 weeks of teaching experiment intervention,improve the 4-6 children,found that ground fancy roller skating for 4-6 children flexibility,sensitivity,strength quality and coordination,balance ability has different degrees,improve the overall physical quality of 4-6 years old children.(2)After 10 weeks of teaching intervention,children’s social interaction,environmental integration and mutual assistance;negative emotions,self-control,and decisive and tough character when facing difficulties.After comparative analysis of the experimental data,the following conclusion:(1)after 10 weeks of teaching experiment intervention,improve the 4-6 children,found that ground fancy roller skating for 4-6 children flexibility,sensitivity,strength quality and coordination,balance ability has different degrees,improve the overall physical quality of 4-6 years old children.(2)After 10 weeks of teaching intervention,children’s social interaction,environmental integration and mutual assistance;negative emotions,self-control,and decisive and tough character when facing difficulties.This paper puts forward targeted opinions:(1)it is suggested that in the following flat fancy roller skating teaching,increase the warm-up activities to improve the physical quality,strengthen the basic flat fancy roller skating skills to improve the physical quality,into the roller skating game to exercise the physical quality.(2)It is suggested to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,organize more team games,outdoor "street brushing" and other activities,increase emotion and improve children’s social skills;conduct tests while learning skills.Can exercise the psychological quality,cultivate the lofty quality,improve the children’s psychological elasticity index. |
