| Research purpose: Through the research on the theory and self-confidence of roller skating on the healthy physical fitness of female college students,the freshman female college students were taken as the experimental objects.The experimental group conducted roller skating exercise intervention and the control group did not carry out roller skating exercise test results were analyzed and compared.Before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group issued the self-confidence questionnaire survey,so as to understand the roller skating on the healthy physical fitness of female college students And the impact of self-confidence.Research methods: This paper uses five research methods: literature,expert interview,psychological measurement,experiment and mathematical statistics to analyze the experimental data.According to the experimental design,40 female college students of Xi’an Peihua University who have completed the roller skating training after the 2018 public sports elective course are randomly selected as the experimental group,and 40 female college students of 2018 public sports elective course are randomly selected as the control group.The control group took physical exercises according to the requirements of public elective courses,and the experimental group took roller skating exercises after public elective courses.The training time was controlled at 100 minutes,twice a week,and the training period was14 weeks.The self-confidence questionnaire was conducted in the experimental group and the control group before and after 14 weeks.Results:(1)Cardiopulmonary fitness: in the vital capacity and 800 meter race project,there were significant changes in the control group and the experimental group after the experiment.There was significant difference before and after the experiment group,but there was no significant change in the control group before and after.(2)Muscle fitness: in the test items of standing long jump and grip strength,the control group and the experimental group have obvious changes in standing long jump after the experiment,there is significant difference between the experimental group and the standing long jump before and after the experiment,there is not much change in the control group before and after,and there has been no significant change in grip strength.(3)Flexibility and fitness: in the test items of sit forward flexion,there is a very significant difference between the experimental group before and after sit forward flexion,there is no significant change before and after the control group,there is a very significant change between the control group and the experimental group after the experiment.(4)Body composition: in the test items of body massindex,content of skeletal muscle and percentage of body fat,there is no significant difference in body mass index,content of skeletal muscle and percentage of body fat before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group and the experimental group,but there is no significant change in the control group before and after the experiment.(5)Self confidence: there is a very significant difference in self-confidence before and after the experiment in the experimental group,there is no significant change in the control group before and after the experiment,and there is a significant change in the control group and the experimental group after the experiment.Conclusion:(1)there were significant changes in 800 meter run and vital capacity in roller skating experimental group,which indicated that roller skating exercise had a significant impact on female college students’ cardiopulmonary fitness.It can improve the oxygen utilization rate of human body and enhance the cardiovascular function.(2)Roller skating has a good influence on the body composition of female college students.It can keep their body shape in good condition and improve the explosive force of their lower limbs.It can promote their body coordination,endurance and muscle strength.(3)The self-confidence of female college students has been significantly improved by roller skating.After 14 weeks of practice,the super confidence and self-confidence of the two groups are compared with the situation of the people who feel ordinary and the people who feel inferior.Both groups have improved after the experiment,especially the roller skating experimental group,which shows that female college students become more optimistic and confident through roller skating. |
